El hotel en general está bien instalaciones y desayuno bien , está un poco lejos del centro de Madrid Niza y del puerto y el hotel es aburrido para quedarse ahí todo el día , el parking lo cobran aparte y me parece mal ya que hoy otra opción para aparcar . La piscina del rooftop es solo de pago y la playa no es cómoda ni buena .

Hotel ist ein Mega wunderschöner Luxus.
Rooftop ist ein Traum, gegen Aufpreis konnten wir den ganzen Tag dort verbringen.
Frühstück war nicht unbedingt ganz so für mich aber es liegt daran das ich an unserem türkischen Riesen Büffee gewohnt bin :))
Service war leider nicht gut, es hat so lange gedauert immer bis wir beachtet worden sind.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms, the pools, the incredible breakfast made this trip to Ibiza all that much better. The views of the ocean and the beautiful beach it sits next to makes this a hotel we can’t wait to get back to! The manager Liz Echenique was so helpful and always available for our needs. This place made us feel like royalty and we won’t forget when we are booking our next Ibiza getaway.

Péssimo atendimento da recepção, vim com a minha família, éramos 3 quartos, sendo que pedi 2 quartos lado a lado porque 1 seria para meu marido e eu e o outro para o meu filho e a babá. Não só não respeitaram a nossa solicitação, como nos colocaram em andares diferentes, sendo que meu filho me solicita de madrugada e o hotel não nos ajudou. Contratamos um transfer para o Beach Club El Chiringuito, no dia o mar estava agitado, cheios de algas e o Beach Club de prontidão cancelou nossa reserva sem nenhuma cobrança, mas o hotel se negou a alterar o transfer e ainda por cima cancelou nosso transfer de volta, deixando 7 pessoas, sendo 2 crianças, sem transfer para retornar ao hotel. Se dizem 5 estrelas, mas o atendimento é péssimo, quartos minúsculos, banheiro sem acústica, luzes acendem com sensor de presença iluminando quarto…decepcionante
