Fantastisches Resort mit einem unglaublich herzlichen und aufmerksamen Team - der Service war von Anfang bis Ende wirklich erstklassig. Die einzigartige Lage bietet einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer und auf "Es Vedrà" und ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Mega schöner Pool, tolles Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, vielfältige Restaurants, der Spa-Bereich und die sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Suiten - wirklich jedes Detail ist darauf ausgerichtet eine besondere Atmosphäre zu schaffen und für Entspannung zu sorgen. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für uns war das "Nela" - hervorragend kreative Küche in einem fast magischen Ambiente, das man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen sollte. Top-Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Bardia Torabi und sein gesamtes Team!

The room, facilities, swimming pool, and restaurant all is top notch. The highlight though is the exquisite service. Checking in and out was smooth. Everyone goes the extra mile to provide assistance. The stay started with “Kam” taking me to my room and he was super friendly and helpful. Thank you 7 Pines for making my stay memorable.

Would not recommend a stay here with young kids… - Room service menu is incredibly limited (and over priced). Waited one evening for 1.5hrs for our meals which are very basic. - Having made a dinner reservation at Cone Club for 6pm we were informed when shown to our table that the kitchen doesn’t open until 7pm! - Toiletries provided in the bathrooms are in glass bottles which are not the best when you’ve got curious little hands ! - My son’s fingers bled from the texture of the tiles surrounding our swimming pool. Not a good choice for the toddlers finger tips! - Children are not permitted in several areas. - very isolated location, no playground etc within close proximity. Didn’t try out the kids club so can’t comment on this.

Absolutely shocking that you aren’t allowed to use the sunbeds on the frontline as a paying guest. A team who have prioritised maxmising profit over guest enjoyment. Furthermore, there are limited sunbeds and instead sunbeds are positioned by the toilets, very close together. Trying to get a sunbed is an operation in itself and we even got told off for which sunbeds we used. However, a day pass allows a privileged sunbed. Breakfast is v average and rooms are not proportioned correctly. As a five star resort in Ibiza, they should take note from other hotels who do not use such a practice. They are trying to create a vibe which would deter from being a repeat guest.

Ein erstklasse Hotel mit einem unfassbar großartigem Team. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, bevor man ihn überhaupt gedacht hat. Das Frühstück ist ein TRAUM. Die Aussicht wie im Film. WE LOVE 7Pines!! Immer wieder!
