Swiss Hotel services are very out standing. Serene and classy.. The services is much more than their rate. When I first heard of the hotel,didn't believe what a heard about the awesomeness and hospitality. Until I visited the first time,I was surprised their services was much more cooler than I expected. Since then I don't ever use anywhere else whenever am on holiday or leave. Swiss Hotel is one of the best guys! It is a place to be.. Give it a trial.

Awful from start to end. Perhaps this is the Norm in Lagos and as such this might be ok but for any European/American guests, I’d stay far away and splurge a little more on something decent. Booked the exec suite and was baffled. I can’t imagine how terrible the other rooms are. Large open room including bathroom however that’s where the pros end. Bathroom was filthy from top to bottom. As in made my skin crawl with the thought of using it. 1 toilet paper (not replaced daily) left between 2 guest. I towel to share. Bathrobe looks like a lab coat with no tie, only one per person. No slippers. No hand tissues. Floor was disgusting. Visible marks and soap scrums left on shower door. Very run down. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Shower door doesn’t close leading to leaks all over the floor. No bath maths. No shower mats to prevent spillage or leaks. Extremely unsanitary. In the room, limited mosquito or ant repellants. Got bitten throughout. 1 complimentary water to share. One individual coffee sachet to share between 2. No iron in the room. It’s a fee to iron per clothing item. For a suite, you’d expect some sort of kitchenette but none available not even cups/mugs. Fee to use the hotels kitchen. Room service is on the pricier side but it’s 24/7 which is convenient. Room curtains are filthy with visible blood and stains. Ceiling is also filthy, looks like cello tape marks. Bedding is old and peeling. Reception is very friendly and proactive. Quick to respond. Mini fridge is warm. Ac is good. WiFi is very slow. Breakfast is Nigerian meals which are slightly heavy but decent though very limited options. No coffee milk at breakfast or juices. 2* hotel at best. Room is very noisy as it’s facing a Main Street so can hear every car noise and people arguing. Hotels main priority is to squeeze money out of guests as much as possible rather than providing a food service. More profit ran than client focused. December rates are very high. Limited power sockets even for an exec suite. Booked as no other reviews and photos looked nice so have benefit of the doubt but absolutely would never revisit. Pool is surrounded by football bar which is smoking free. Zero privacy. Great reception staff, would have given 1* otherwise

GGuest UserWe stayed for only one night and it was one night too many. The Google reviews will mainly focus on the rude or inappropriate behavior of the front desk staff. However, I did not have that experience. Blank was very cordial and assisted in showing rooms before booking. But the A/C behind them doesn't even work, so they are hot and most likely annoyed and uncomfortable by the time guests start to check in mid-afternoon. It's even worse in the evening and that entire hallway is just too hot and stifling. So people should think twice before judging rude demeanor when it's actual lack of comfort. In their shoes, you wouldn't be so jovial either. Rooms: We came for the standard room (N21K) and were also shown the Deluxe. Deluxe (N25-26K) was decent but we just opted for the standard room. That lasted 1 min after our bags were brought into the room. Four luggages made the space already too tight. So we decided to upgrade to the Deluxe. While my husband went to do that, is when I really started to notice differences. The standard room (#8) was very dimly lit and didn't have a fridge, and I remembered the Deluxe had one. The curtains block off the most atrocious view and the bathroom is the size of a public stall, including the shower. Now my husband comes back stating that she will also show us the Executive (N30K). The Executive is what most people would probably expect for a Deluxe. We finalized for the Executive. The saying is that you pay for what you get, but you don't always get what you pay for. Issue#1- The AC which goes no lower than 17C will feel like a nice mid-powered fan, not an actual air con. Issue#2- The shower doesn't drain at all and the water is dirty. The color is like light urine. We found this out at the convenient hour of 8 pm, when ready to shower. Called the front desk, who said plumbing was coming. We assumed it would be on-site staff, but it was an actual outside party, who just sent two boys to do what, we don't even know. They literally asked my husband what he wants them to do. My husband is actually telling them to get a plunger or something. They tinkered around and said that it's the plumbing of how the building was first made and there is nothing they can do now; that maybe....yes, MAYBE, they will see in the morning. Issue#3- The toilet seat is not attached to the commode. It's not even broken. You can see that it was just defective from the very beginning and they just propped it on the commode and has been used that way ever since. Can you imagine? Issue#4- No hot water....or so we thought. We kept complaining that there wasn't any hot water, but was told there is. I begged for her to come and see for herself, if she didn't believe me. Then another girl says, oh....it's probably off. Let me come turn it on. You can go to your room and it will be on in a min. Really??? But why would it be off in the first place???
