Hotel staff very welcoming, rooms are very nice and clean, facilities are superb and hotel is in a great location. Recommend to anyone wanting to relax in a comfortable environment. I cannot think of any negatives of this lovely hotel so I suggest you try it out

The staff were polite, kind, respectful and exhibited good attitudes. Kudos especially to Onyebuchi and Onyinye for their professionalism!
The buffet breakfast was top notch.
I pray that they will continue to maintain these attributes.

Staff were a nuisance that repeatedly harassed me for tips for every gesture which is off-putting. I’ll never use this hotel again and recommend that other foreigners should stay clear

However, the Food & Beverage Manager, David, provided his personal account number for payment, contrary to standard practice. I expressed concern, and he responded unclearly.
