The room facilities are good, but the room is not very soundproof. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, you can still hear the corridor and the chattering next door. There was another outrageous thing. At around 2 a.m. in the middle of the night, a robot called my room phone to wake me up and said that my takeout had arrived. I didn't order any takeout at all. After calling twice, I called the front desk and told them not to call again because I didn't order any takeout. Then a while later the robot called again to say that the takeout had arrived. I was speechless in the middle of the night. I have never seen such an outrageous thing where they would call again after saying it, because I couldn't fall asleep for a long time after being woken up.

Parking is available in the brightly lit B2 area, designated for Building 6. Check-in at the first-floor lobby was a pleasant experience; we could sit down to complete the process, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, which made a fantastic first impression. The facial recognition system, used for both building entry and elevators, added a touch of modernity and efficiency. Breakfast and the late-night supper are both served on the 3rd floor. The mini wontons during supper were particularly delicious. The Executive room was quite spacious, featuring a bay window with a sofa and a small coffee table. The smart voice assistant 'Xiaodu' controls all in-room amenities, making everything incredibly convenient. However, the service truly was the icing on the cake.

Great place for families with pets. The staff are very kind and caring. The laundry facility and parking were well-equipped and easy to use. There were charging piles in the parking for EVs. However, there were two main problems, 1) our room was not cleaned properly and hair was everywhere, 2) the breakfast was only Chinese style (fried egg, tofu, rice, and watermelon) without any coffee or juice, which was not good and didn't worth the cost. We asked for coffee in the morning for breakfast but they told us the staff in charge of making coffee would come in the afternoon and there was no coffee or other drinks for the ridiculous breakfast session.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation. The room facilities are very good. The room is very clean and tidy. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. Everything is relatively complete. It is very close to Hangzhou Normal University. Xiaoying and Mumu at the front desk provide very good and attentive service with good service attitude. The little robot is very cute. I look forward to staying there next time.

A perfect stay! It is very close to Nanhu East Subway Station on Line 5. You can see the Novotel sign on the right as soon as you exit the station. Just walk forward. No navigation is needed. It is very convenient! You can get there by transferring to Line 5 at Hangzhou West Station for one stop. From the moment we checked in, all the waiters were very nice and considerate. When we checked out the next day, they even let us get some mineral water to drink on the way. The room is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are also very good. It's a perfect experience. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hangzhou!

The facilities are good, the spotlights in the room are beautiful, the Meow Meow service is great, helping with shopping, and also helping with paying the parking fee when checking out. Overall it's good, it's still okay for business trips, it's right at the door 🚇

Hong Kong people stay on business trips, quiet and busy near the hotel, shopping malls, massage shopping. Late check-out due to working hours is required, very friendly and powerful. I left the headset when I left, and the cleaning aunt was very honest and reported it to the front desk. The front desk also sent me back to Hong Kong, and this service attitude made me very satisfied. The service staff is very attentive, the environment is clean and tidy, the accommodation experience is very good, will choose next time! 

The location is super good, opposite to the Golden Land Plaza, and only a hundred meters away from the subway station. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and also provides free laundry service. It is very convenient for business trips and taking children out to play. The front desk service is also very good. I will choose this place next time.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Xiyuxi Sky Garden Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, we were absolutely enchanted by its unique, modern designer aesthetic – it felt incredibly romantic. The buffet offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes, and sharing the delicious food together was incredibly sweet. The sky pool boasts breathtaking, expansive views, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing time with my loved one. Our guest room was spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding. The staff were warm, attentive, and really made our stay enjoyable. This hotel is truly an excellent choice for couples!
