I specifically used my points to check in 4 hours early, but when I arrived at the hotel around 2:30, one room was still not ready. After Ctrip intervened, it was resolved, but the hotel never said it was sorry. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with no people or shops around. It is in a retirement community. After checking in, the TV in one room could not be turned on. The quilt in the room is not very clean, there are hairs, and the overall feeling does not look like it is newly opened. It was very convenient! Breakfast was on the 42nd floor! The underground parking garage was spacious, and the sign on the floor made it easy to find the elevator to the 42nd floor for check-in. To exit the car, you need to register at the front desk and enter your car number, and it's free! The view was stunning! The room was fully furnished, with soft hooks for hanging clothes, a small bar with two high stools for eating, drinking, and storing bags! Very convenient! The induction cooker hood was also very convenient for cooking small meals, which was very user-friendly! Great value for money! The shower room was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel!
