Hotels in Wuxing District Government/Zhili, Huzhou

For our trip to Nanxun Ancient Town, we chose the Shangka Hotel. It's conveniently located near a supermarket and a local market, and not too far from the ancient town itself, making it quite accessible in all respects. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the shower had great water pressure, making for a very comfortable experience. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast and stable, perfect for streaming videos on my phone. The breakfast quality was excellent – a definite plus! The hotel also has its own parking lot, which was very convenient for parking. However, there was an issue with the bed frame in our room. The mattress was smaller than the bed frame, causing the exposed corner of the frame to stick out and scrape my calf. Good thing we had band-aids with us! I initially thought about mentioning it to the front desk, but then decided against it as we were in a rush to check out. I hope the hotel can address this issue.

I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.

I can’t stop singing the praises of this amazing hotel! I stayed in Nanxun for three days on a business trip and didn’t want to check out! The environment is absolutely amazing—the lobby has a high-end Instagram style, the rooms are so clean they reflect light, and the King Koil mattress is truly amazing. I fell asleep as soon as I lay down every day, feeling like I was lying on a cloud! The service was so attentive, from the front desk lady who helped with my luggage when I walked in, to the cleaning lady who greeted me with a smile every day, to the staff in the elevator who would even give way and say hello when I met them. It really felt like I was back home! I was fascinated by the details, the shower pressure was amazing, and the safety factor was super high. You have to swipe your card to press the floor in the elevator, which is also very high. The breakfast is amazing—the freshly cooked noodles made me even drink up the soup! Paired with freshly ground soy milk, there are 20+ dishes to choose from! The location is amazing—an 8-minute walk to the children's clothing wholesale city (super convenient for stocking up for the kids), a 20-minute drive to Nanxun Ancient Town, and a 20-minute drive to Taihu Dragon Dream. There are so many food stalls and fruit shops nearby, and I’ve already recommended it to my bestie.

The room is very comfortable. Although it is a homestay type, it is cleaned very clean. There is a lake view outside the window. You can see the scenery in the room. It can be very comfortable. It is absolutely pet friendly. It is recommended that everyone bring their own dogs to play together. It would be better if each room was equipped with a small battery car. Hahahaha. The park car master is very dedicated, help me carry my luggage, deliver takeaways, and be on call. Tell the housekeeper on the mobile phone, and pick you up anywhere within 5 minutes. The location of the hotel is quite good. There are many restaurants around and all kinds of food. The room is very clean and has smart facilities. The Internet speed in the room is very fast. Watching TV is not laggy at all. There are laundry and fitness equipment, which is quite convenient. There are aunties who clean the house. It was very nice to stay there for a few days and it was very comfortable.

Everything is good. It's the off-season in winter, so there are fewer people. The room type was also upgraded. The wide-angle view is very good, but the air conditioning temperature is not very hot. The entrance is in the basement. Cars are not allowed to drive to the hotel entrance. Please be careful when taking a taxi.

The child said it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I think so. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the atmosphere is elegant, and the air is very fresh, which many hotels do not have. The room environment is particularly good, the facilities are perfect, and the details are very happy: You can observe that the window screen design is particularly good (many hotels are leaky). Tea cups, sofas, bathtubs are textured and comfortable to use! Every day there is enthusiasm but quality cleaning sister to clean, serious and lovely people. All of the above have won other hotels, but the point is! ! Service: It can be said that it is completely intimate and everyone at the front desk does not have so many things, basically my requirements will cooperate! Hotel meals: porridge in the evening, professional Huzhou rich breakfast in the morning! (all specialty snacks)! Because of this hotel, I love Huzhou!

The hotel is a large hotel with over 100 rooms that opened in 2016. Its facilities are a bit old, but basically complete. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the strong aroma of popcorn 🍿, and there are small 🍞 to share. All the staff are dedicated, enthusiastic and polite. The rooms are standard, the towels and bath towels are plastic-wrapped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. In addition to the two bottles of bottled water provided in the room, you can get more in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Parking is available behind the hotel (scan the QR code when leaving the hotel), and parking is charged in front of the door.
