服務還是滿意的，關於房間設施想提幾點建議：一是淋浴室洗澡後容易外溢，門底太低，門一推開腳墊毛巾就捲起來，不太合理；二是洗手盆裏的冷熱水指示和實際放水相反，需要調整，細節不夠注意；三是播放電視節目都需要付費，免費沒啥可看，實在與我心中的這種類型的度假酒店不符。希望能改進！

在小梅山上，環境和風景都很不錯，有接駁車也很方便。早餐選擇蠻豐富的，工作人員也很禮貌熱情。適合悠閑度假。

整體效果很好，管家服務很負責。唯一的不完美就是入住時前台沒人，等了一會兒。。。
有歡迎水果和晚安點心，mini吧小飲料也不錯。
早餐在一期用的，種類豐富，環境很好。
送的旅拍質量很高，攝影師小哥哥加雞腿，沒忍住花錢多買了幾張！
