優缺點明顯。
優點：酒店硬件還是不錯的，也還比較乾淨，自駕遊也比較適合，商務活動安排這裏也不錯的。
非常 遺憾：入住一晚，電閘調了兩次，可能線路問題。
入住當天看到大堂有小龍蝦自助餐的宣傳海報，晚餐奔着小龍蝦自助餐去的，遺憾的不僅沒有各種口味的小龍蝦提供，衹有一個口味的，關鍵是小龍蝦的質量是見過最差的，小龍蝦肉都散了，可想而知，就不要説新鮮了，這種食材品質跟兩三千的房費很不匹配。所以自助餐不要被小龍蝦宴海報迷惑了，也就是普通的自助餐而已，花樣也一般，關酒店並沒有覺得他們的食材有問題，當天之前聽到周邊三四個客户提出餐飲問題，所以可能不是我們一家的矯情吧，他們一致並解釋小龍蝦品質正常，可能覺得我們沒有吃過小龍蝦吧。
服務：酒店的電瓶車接駁服務還是不錯的。實話實説。

和朋友一起出遊，下雨天氣，霧雨朦朧，真是宛如仙境，酒店靠近湖州站，周圍配套設施齊全，酒店客房乾淨整潔，早餐品種也很多，用餐時間也比較長，適合我們這種度假溜達晚起的人，服務響應很及時，有需要或者問題立馬有人能跟進解決，非常不錯的一次體驗，有機會還會再去！

帶小朋友入住，酒店環境很好，負氧離子高，遠離城市喧囂，前台小哥幫忙房間升了級，停車方便，客房衞生整潔，有免費minibar，設施齊全，早餐好吃，種類多，總體滿意。

哇，這次去湖州鴻居酒店真是個不錯的選擇！首先，酒店的環境真是太讚了。白天的時候，整個酒店被綠樹環繞，空氣特別清新。尤其是那條小路，兩旁種滿了各種綠植，走在上面感覺特別放鬆。
晚上的時候，酒店的燈光設計也很有感覺，暖暖的燈光讓整個環境顯得特別温馨。房間也很舒適，從陽台望出去就是一片綠意盎然的景色，早上醒來看到這樣的景色，心情都會變得特別好。
總的來説，這次入住體驗真的很棒。酒店的環境、服務和設施都讓我很滿意。下次有機會來湖州，我肯定還會選擇這裏。

和老婆來過520節日，整體還是不錯的。
位置交通：開車過去的，西塞山酒店相對偏一點，但也是有利有弊，好處是風景好，環境好，安靜，適合休息，度個假。服務很好，從前台到每個遇到的員工，都很耐心，打電話諮詢問題也都有問必答，感受到了培訓專業。酒店環境也非常棒依山傍水的。我住的是園景房，就是這個酒店，風景在園區裏，不在房間裏。客房衞生也很不錯。這裏的設施設備較為齊全，也很上檔次。以後有機會再帶爸媽過來過個悠閑週末。

非常愉快的一次體驗，酒店的服務很好，前台也很貼心，酒店附近適合小朋友遊玩的地方做了詳細介紹，小朋友在城山溝玩的很開心。3樓有個自助小童樂園小朋友很喜歡。大堂古樓晚上燈光打開，很適合拍照打卡。酒店的環境很棒，有山有水，吸氧好地方。大堂公區衞生乾淨整潔。客房的設施硬件也比較完善。戴森吹風機是個亮點👍

悦榕鴻居酒店服務很好，前台禮賓很友好，還有不少帶小朋友的活動，有畫扇面，穿珠子等，還有一個超級大的室內遊樂場。環境靜謐避世，茶園山景，禪意設計融合自然，長者也很喜歡；房間很大，還有消毒櫃，膠囊咖啡機，床很大，非常舒服。户外還有泳池、整體細節滿分，適合帶全家老小，還有寵物一起出行度假。
