總體來説，是個很不錯的酒店。地理位置極佳，就在6號停車場的邊上，處於景區中段，離廣惠宮、劉氏梯號很近。服務也很好，大家都很客氣，走進走出的都跟你打招呼。酒店是由老建築改建而成，房間很大，還有電梯，很方便。唯一不足的就是可能開了有點年頭了，房間裏傢俱設施都有些破舊，牆上還有小朋友亂塗留下的痕跡，如果能夠裝修翻新一下就更好了。

房間很安靜，有獨立温泉這點很好。位置也很好。
唯一美中不足的就是服務，大年初二入住的，本來南潯停車場就在管控，在外圍兜了一個小時給前台打電話諮詢該怎麼走，前台居然回覆你自己導航看。這點實在是不敢恭維。
另外除了入住當天有個管家積極幫忙帶到房間，介紹了下房間設施以外，其他服務人員遇到的時候幾乎沒有笑臉，早餐更是離譜，問了下小餛飩什麼時候可以好，問了兩次都不回答。希望多加強員工服務意識吧。

房間中規中矩，設施有點陳舊，停車很方便，古鎮建設的挺好的，出門即是風景。這個價位也算是很實惠的了。主要是為了湯池去的。

劉府很大，小院子外面的私湯也很不錯，水温適宜。冬季寒風呼呼，泡熱水感覺很舒適。整個酒店就在古鎮內，靠近劉氏梯號和**生舊宅，去景點都很方便。住宿後有三個建議：第一早餐要優化，我們靠近10點去的時候早餐已經收攤了，提供的很簡單；第二，衞生還要強化，尤其帶私湯的房間。因為露天私湯容易沉澱灰塵，泡熱水的時候水底沉澱會翻湧上來，給人感覺不太好。還是要多加註意清理的方式與頻率。第三，客房內淋浴的水壓有點小，洗浴體驗一般。浴袍也有些陳舊，請注意及時換新。結論是酒店值得去，但要在細節方面多加強。
