來這邊出差，隨手訂的這家酒店意外地讓人驚喜！一進大堂就感受到了温馨氛圍，前台小江熱情又耐心，辦理入住速度很快，還貼心提醒了早餐時間和周邊遊玩攻略。房間完全超出預期，空間寬敞明亮，床品、毛巾都一塵不染，連角落都看不到灰塵。衞浴設備嶄新，熱水來得快，淋浴體驗超舒服。最讓我感動的是細節，床頭準備了充電線、小夜燈，還放了歡迎水果和手寫卡片，太暖心了！早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也不錯。無論是服務、環境還是性價比都無可挑剔，強烈推薦！下次來還住這兒！

這次來湖州遊玩，選擇入住湖州東看名都酒店。體驗遠超預期！作為當地的標誌性建築，酒店外觀非常宏偉大氣！酒店呢位於市中心，去哪裡都非常的方便。酒店的靈魂所在就是服務。從前台辦理入住時，陽陽的高效服務中就能看出，詢問了周邊遊玩的地方和吃的地方。他都能非常認真的幫助我們解決問題。然後訂的是沒有早餐的，他還很貼心的贈送了我們兩份早餐。真的非常感謝。在大廳遇到的每個工作人員都會主動微笑問候，讓人真切感受到賓至如歸。客房佈置的也非常的用心。寬敞明亮的落地窗正對城市天際線，傍晚能看到晚霞透過雲層，夜景也很迷人。馬桶也是智能的，加濕器也在房間提前打開了。行政酒廊的下午茶也非常的精緻可口。現磨咖啡搭配着小蛋糕。樓層也很高，反正很舒適，風景很棒。晚上去2樓四季軒用了中餐。太湖三白令人非常驚艷。很有當地的特色。去旁邊走路遊玩的時候，後面有個項王碼頭，散着步，吹着小風。次日退房的時候，會員中心小周贈送了一小罐安吉紅茶。特別特別的貼心。微笑服務，總之無論是商務出差還是休閑遊玩就選湖州東吳開元名都酒店

預訂開元名都酒店的全景套房，提前聯繫了前台小趙，小趙很熱情，也很細心的幫忙預訂了景觀包廂，知道我們要用餐主動提出了可以幫忙做通卡，方便客人用餐，真的很貼心～客人入住的也很愉快，不管是用餐還是住房方面開元名都做的都很好。我本人沒有住房是幫客户訂的，但是開發票等一些小問題，都可以及時的處理。早餐也特別好，各種各樣的種類都有，晨間盛食。把開票訊息發給發過去之後，前台小婷也是很快的就幫忙開好了發票。每個工作人員的辦事效率都很高，特別喜歡開元名都酒店的服務態度，以後有住房或用餐需求都會首選開元名都，真的很安心。

這家酒店整體性價比很不錯，位於湖州的中心地段，旁邊是銀泰百貨。兩棟地標樓房，遠遠就看見了。一看就很繁華。進入酒店很有地方特色佈置，大廳門口的白茶站台很有意境。還有湖筆等當地特色的佈置，前台旁邊的茶台也很不錯，喝了小張姑娘遞過來的歡迎茶，介紹適當地的安吉白茶，口齒留香，淡淡的味道。小張姑娘的熱情微笑很親切，房間有大大的景觀窗户，正好碰上湖州下雨，煙雨江南的雨景，從高樓望下去，景色很唯美，整個湖州盡收眼底。大廳的機器人也很有趣，深受大人和小朋友的喜愛。退房的歡送也很熱情，還詢問退房住店感受，周到細緻。整體體驗很不錯，下次有機會來湖州的話還會定這家酒店的。

經常入住這家酒店，感覺很好。前台小趙服務很到位非常熱情，去的比較晚，當時已經是凌晨三四點了，小趙還是耐心辦理入住，還幫忙升級了房型，特別好，辦完入住又送了歡迎水果，全程熱情有禮貌。酒店在市中心，是地標建築，很漂亮，房間的樓層很高，面積也還不錯，衞生比較乾淨早餐也很好吃，晨間盛食。房間的落地窗晚上看夜景非常好。

這次來湖州旅遊住的是湖州最高樓，開元名都酒店，酒店的地理位置非常優越，就在市中心，樓下就是銀泰城，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定。進入酒店大堂，酒店很大。服務人員小周很熱情的幫我拿行李。幫我一起送至前台。非常感謝這位小美女。酒店的設施設備很新，安排的房間很舒適。床也是軟軟的，睡起來超級舒服。入住的房間裏面還準備了歡迎水果，水果都很新鮮。能俯瞰整個湖州的夜景，燈光很漂亮。早餐種類也很豐盛，小籠包，生煎還有當地特色。休閑娛樂設施也很齊全，在六樓有游泳池和健身房。退房的時候，前台陽陽還貼心的贈送了小禮品。效率很快，下次還選這裏！！
