酒店的大堂有免費的酸梅湯，還有製冰機，夏天的時候感覺心裏暖暖的，然後服務員服務的也很不錯，送東西很及時，還有借傘服務什麼的，房間衞生也是比較乾淨的，地理位置也很不錯。

差評：體驗感極差，服務態度拉低整體住宿水平
這次入住漢庭酒店的體驗實在讓人失望，必須好好説道説道。
首先是隔音問題嚴重，入住當晚我們房間燈都沒開，安靜得很，結果突然接到前台電話，説隔壁投訴我們房間有噪音，還帶着警告的語氣。我們明明什麼都沒做，平白無故被“警告”，瞬間好心情全無，這隔音差到讓無辜住客背鍋，實在太影響體驗了。
更讓人不舒服的是前台的服務態度。辦理入住時，前台一個勁推薦辦會員卡，一開始説辦卡能免費得早餐，我問了才知道是要花49元開卡才行。明確表示不辦卡後，前台的態度瞬間180度大轉變，從熱情推銷變得冷冰冰，問問題也愛答不理，這種“辦卡就熱情，不辦就冷淡”的區別對待太敗好感了。
客觀説，酒店價格和房間硬件算是中規中矩，但服務態度真的差到拉垮。花同樣的錢，完全可以在同類型酒店享受到更尊重人的服務，不會被莫名“警告”，更不會遭遇這種功利性的態度轉變。真心不推薦，以後絕對不會再來了，希望店家能好好改進服務！
