入住後在前台幫忙升級了房間，服務態度也非常不錯，熱情又專業，添加了管家小汪的微信，入住期間也隨時保持聯繫，主動詢問入住感受，提供周邊的遊玩攻略，非常方便，恰逢颱風天氣，出行不便，不過在酒店內也可以直接看到對面的喜來登酒店的燈光秀，很不錯，酒店的環境也非常好，綠化非常豐富，房間也很乾凈，設施也很齊全，位置也很不錯，下次來湖州還是會選擇入住滴！

四個人帶着寶寶去玩，儘管第一天遇上了颱風，很可怕！
前一天管家小汪加了微信，提前準備了床圍，還有嬰兒水，很貼心，還推薦了遊玩景點。
中午到酒店提前入住了，別墅區是接駁車接送的，真的好快，我門進進出出很多次，一叫就到，辛苦師傅們了。
房間裏有兩衹卡皮扒拉，寶寶興奮，
早餐挺豐盛，第二天還有燒餅，梅乾菜太美味了！
還有芝士，奶酪，自製三明治很美味的！麪條和餛飩也很好吃的，阿姨態度很好，我們要阿姨燙菜，還要剪碎阿姨都很熱情得！
所有的工作人員都很熱情，尤其管家小汪，自製詢問房間有什麼缺少的。
唯一一個這個房間的吹風機怎麼不是戴森，還是老式的哈哈，第二天因為換了庭院家庭房所以對比了一下。
別墅區的真的很安靜，早晚出門走走還是很涼爽的。如果下次再來湖州還是會考慮這家酒店，就是住普通房間吧哈哈別墅區就是進出不能太隨心所欲！
旅拍很棒，還有diy可以送，小動物園的馬馬和羊駝很可愛。遊樂場有一些小，一歲多的寶寶可以玩堆石子和海洋球！
酒店到處有大傘，這點非常方便！送東西的阿姨也很迅速！很喜歡這家酒店！

南太湖山莊的體驗很舒心。擺渡車隨叫隨到，從停車場到大堂無縫銜接，不用多走一步路，效率讓人省心。
管家更是錦上添花，遞傘、指段路都透着細心，晚上隨口説句有點涼，沒多久就送來薄毯。這種不着痕跡的貼心，比風景更讓人記掛。

我住過很多次開元的酒店了，這次酒店住的一如既往比較舒服。酒店大堂在七樓，到酒店已經是下午了，到前台辦理入住時因為還不知道房型什麼樣的，小藝先是帶我們看了房間，還給做了升級，小藝細心服務值得點贊👍酒店的服務和房間的設施都很棒，由於第二天有事，用完早餐之後就退房了酒店工作人員及時引位，準備飲品，對此必須點個贊。又一家體驗感非常好的酒店。

這次能是和朋友共同出行來湖州遊玩，入住了南太湖山莊酒店，酒店的專屬小管家鍾鍾也是提前一天聯繫我了，幫忙升級了房型可以看到更好的景色，入住前也貼心表明了地下停車場的位置，且安排好了房間可以直接過去，第二天還耐心的詢問我們是否需要補充房間物品，服務工作做得特別到位，有耐心！酒店設施，特別是游泳設施特別好，滿足了對運動的需求，這次也是颱風天過來很多外出行程都耽擱了，室內還能運動運動也是不錯的，非常滿意的一次消費。

也是和朋友出行一起訂了這家酒店，入住前呢，都會有管家提前聯繫，詢問具體要求幫忙安排房間，管家鍾鍾服務很好哈，我們來酒店前就會主動聯繫詢問具體需求，入住的時候呢，也站在旁邊主動介紹酒店的設施設備，早餐時間和游泳設施，還會幫忙叫車。可惜這次出行遇上了颱風天氣比較不好，很多美景都沒有觀賞到，希望下次有機會的話，能趁天氣好的時候再次來感受一番！
