整體都還是不錯的，儘管到店較晚，也有管家聯繫告知停車場的入口很方便入住，添加微信之後，小汪分享了入住指南，很全面，可以很快了解到酒店的一些設施設備，房間乾淨，面積也挺大，還配備了一個茶香機安神助眠，酒店的環境也很不錯，綠化非常好，山頂太湖樓觀景一流，可以一覽無餘周邊的風景，因為到店較晚，所以小汪還主動幫忙協調了退房時間，很周到的服務，下次有機會還會再過來的！

颱風天的親子出遊，無意間看到南太湖山莊，遂決定體驗一下，沒想到是這次旅行最大的驚喜。酒店在小梅山上，緊鄰南太湖，環境宜人 。酒店設施和服務都是一流的，尤其是窗外的景色，在陽台上就可以遠眺太湖，以及標誌性的“太湖馬桶圈”。酒店山頂還可以登上太湖樓遠眺，晚上可以看到太湖古鎮的煙花，非常棒。尤其要點贊管家小汪的服務，專業、熱情、周到、細緻，我們非常滿意。本來預訂的兩晚，後來做了升級，我們家小朋友住的非常開心，就又續住了一晚。完美的旅行。。

入住南太湖山莊酒店恰逢節假日酒店內部十分忙碌，入住的時候加了酒店小管家鍾鐘的微信，管家的服務十分細緻妥帖，不發温馨的入住提醒告知Wi-Fi密碼，以及房間迷你吧的使用，還會提醒叫方法以及主動告知早餐時間和地點，還告知了預約自助餐的方法。早餐時間也會主動問詢候，瞭解我們昨晚的住宿體驗，服務意識很強，雖然住在別墅區，但是出行都有車接車送，還挺方便的。

暑期過來湖州遊玩選擇了太湖山莊酒店，這次是跟朋友一起出行，在入住前一天酒店的小管家鍾鍾就提前聯繫了我們，向我們詢問了房間的需求這邊也是幫忙對房間做了一個升級，並且把我們朋友之間的房間都安排在了一起，升級後的房間是可以看到喜來登和太湖的風景比原來的房間好了許多，管家鍾鍾提前發送了遊玩攻略和酒店地址以及幫忙提前錄了車牌，十分貼心的服務。

這次在南太湖山莊定了八間房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，房間設施齊全舒適，前台辦理入住也很快。工作人員小藝服務熱情周到，細心負責，很貼心幫忙指引到房間，後山山頂太湖樓觀景台很大，看到整個太湖風景很美、一覽整個太湖風光。酒店五樓的早餐品類很多，中西結合，客人們很喜歡。入住的時候有歡迎水果！
