時隔一年第二次入住南太湖山莊，小任管家提前一天聯繫，幫忙安排的房間視野開闊，房間衞浴都很大，乾淨衞生，很滿意，有什麼問題找小任都能及時解決。親子游特別適合住這邊，孩子們玩得開心大人也省力，健身房泳池一應俱全，還有滑梯適合小朋友，大堂晚上還可以看到燈光秀，酒店有自助餐和中餐廳等，周圍也有好多家吃飯的，服務也很到位，有事找管家，住店沒有後顧之憂。

短途遊選了太湖邊的南太湖山莊，酒店乾淨整潔，大堂外可以看到地標建築馬桶蓋，週五下午3點入住幾乎不用排隊，工作人員幫忙升級到了景觀房，正對太湖，晚上9點在太湖樓看煙花表演，管家迪迪入住時添加了微信，房間景色很漂亮，連住第二天客房也補充了mini吧和一次性用品，房間設有小冰箱，很方便，管家迪迪也每天到點就各種提醒:酒店附近餐飲推薦啦，晚上表演幾點啦，早餐時間啦等等，有問題也及時回覆，幫我們送外賣，手動點贊

酒店環境很好，出行方便，離市區衹有五六公里，離龍之夢也近。開車的話，10分鐘左右就到了，停車也方便，大堂很氣派，酒店外面的景觀平台視野很好，很適合拍照打卡，環境真的很好，房間裏面的設施設備，也很齊全，有智能馬桶和智能窗簾，房間也很大，都有一個獨立的陽台，衞生間乾濕分離，房間也打掃的很乾凈，早上的早餐也很豐盛，一家人吃的很開心，管家的服務也很到位，管家新新有應必答，非常的周到，退房還給我們準備了伴手禮，非常的貼心，有機會來湖州，還來住這個酒店，印象很深刻。

南太湖山莊酒店的位置得天獨厚，非常優越而名聲在外，酒店雖己開業四年有餘，設施設備維護保養的還不錯。早歺品種豐富口味在線。湖景房能把太湖風光，一覽無餘，七樓大堂的觀景平台還能看到美麗的日出。大堂還可以用下午茶喝咖啡，真的是十分愜意。管家小任 也很貼心周到，盡力滿足客人的個性化需求，讓入住體驗很舒心，整體性價比很高攜程還會再來的~

和家人一起來的，住的相當不錯，管家小張熱情周到，房間安排的很好，設施設備齊全完善，也幫我們安排在一起，入住期間，幫我們解決了很多需要的點，得知我們寶寶要午睡好再走，小張也盡力幫我們延遲退房，很負責。風景和環境是可以給人的情緒帶來影響的，南太湖山莊的環境好，依山而建，山頂太湖樓水天一色，可以俯瞰到湖州夜景，大堂坐落在半山腰，我們房間在別墅區，觀光車一來一往，對面就是太湖，步行就可以到，本來就是和家人一起出來度假的，算是來對地方了，酒店贈送的免費飲料和水果，淡季出來旅遊，好處就是人比較少，無論是在酒店室內游泳池游泳還是去用早餐呀，都體驗感不錯！

酒店地理位置不錯，位於太湖度假區，過個馬路就走到太湖邊，從停車場電梯直接坐到七樓就是大堂了，工作人員也都熱情禮貌，安排的房間整潔乾淨，房間的設施設備也很齊全，周邊很安靜，酒店早餐也很豐富，餐廳環境很優雅，可以直接看到喜來登，晚上太湖樓還看到了煙花🎆，尤其管家迪迪入住期間時刻給予關心，美滿的一次入住體驗

迪迪小姐姐很熱情，提前一天電話聯繫，免費幫忙升級了景觀房間。入住期間耐心幫忙解答疑問，提供包括遊玩攻略，酒店設施指引，防蚊措施等許多幫助。
環境：酒店在小梅山上，大堂可以看到月亮酒店和太湖，風景秀麗，視野寬廣。酒店面積很大，裏面綠蔭環繞，房間就坐落在層疊綠樹。別墅房每間獨立，安靜怡人，私隱性很好。山頂有太湖樓，也屬於酒店範圍，可以俯視整個太湖。
服務：大堂到房間有班車接送，電話隨時叫車，還可以坐車去太湖樓。服務人員很熱情，會幫忙拎行李，主動指引路線，幫忙開門。
衞生：房間非常乾淨，浴缸可以電話索要一次性浴膜。水杯都放在消毒櫃內。陽台還提供晾衣服的架子，游完泳晾衣服很方便。
設施：健身房和泳池都很棒，更衣室和淋浴間很乾凈。泳池旁透過落地窗，可以看到太湖風光。餐廳同樣，靠窗位置可以俯瞰太湖。自助餐很豐盛，梭子蟹鮮甜可口。
