有專門對接的管家小馬，服務非常好，及時響應所有要求，叫車特別快，還送了中秋禮物，房間在小竹林中，整體設施環境都不錯，長頸鹿有一衹五個月的寶寶叫葫蘆，和媽媽小九形影不離，還有小浣熊和小猴出來在草坪上和孩子們互動，非常好玩

房間乾淨 酒店裡麪玩的項目很多 小動物們也很可愛很親人 小馬管家服務超級好！總之是很好的出行體驗！

此次入住長頸鹿莊園酒店，比我想象中好很多，畢竟是獨棟，酒店設備:很齊全，尤其是孩子用的，拖鞋、洗漱用品等，另外服務人員也比較貼心，另外莊園很大，可以步行也可以有隨叫隨到的擺渡車可以坐。送的旅拍服務也很不錯，推薦帶娃的親子旅行，都有貼心小提示，小朋友很喜歡，我們是第二次去了

唯一的亮點可能就是早餐能和長頸鹿互動。 小孩比較喜歡。 至於房間和別的就不去多評論了，早餐服務太差，寶寶直接給我扔過來，6的很。 房間還沒進去就有蚊蟲，空調一股發黴的味道，一個晚上都是這樣。 設施衞生比較着急，要麼發黴要麼臟。 總體來説長頸鹿拯救了你們。

酒店服務很好，和長頸鹿一起吃早餐很震撼，叫觀光車速度也很快隨叫隨到，小馬管家回覆很及時很有耐心！孩子玩得很開心，非常好的體驗。

接駁車來的很快，小馬管家也會及時聯繫回覆，酒店的服務人員也很熱情~自助餐廳也還不錯，晚餐我們點了海鮮炒飯、小炒肉和排骨湯（例湯），百來塊錢，口味還可以，海鮮炒飯50多一份，分量很足😂我們一家三口竟然一份就夠了，飲料免費無限暢飲，寶寶餐椅、餐具、圍兜也都很齊全……我們來的有點晚了……剛好趕上長頸鹿下班（四點半），總之體驗感還是不錯的~晚上再多點地方能玩就好了~舞台劇那邊燈光有點暗，希望下次劇場能稍微開點燈😂

服務跟不上： 1.前台排隊人多，櫃枱外沒有服務人員引導及維護秩序； 2.沒有服務人員協助搬運行李，擺渡車衹負責接送人，不負責行李搬運

This time I still stayed in the Wild Luxury, but the difference is that the big bed will come with a bathtub. For the baby, the bathtub is really an important element to increase joy. The big bed is 2m, and 2+2 is not stressful. My husband and I are both big size, haha. The decoration feels quite new. I thought it had been redecorated. The staff said it seemed not to be, which means that the maintenance is still good. The property management has changed. Now it is a Mekong River tour. The overall planning has been improved, but the Huzhou + Yunnan feeling is a little bit inconsistent, not as pure as the previous pure parent-child. The current buggy car is easy to call, and basically you don’t have to wait for a long time. The drivers communicate smoothly with the front desk. The experience is very good, and it is very worry-free to take care of the baby! There are more animals in the cute pet park than before, but the most outstanding one is the raccoon! I can't help but buy a few more apples to feed them! Now there are also activities like bathing the tortoises and feeding the slender-tailed mongoose. There are more activities that require payment, but they are all acceptable. There is also a slide on the side, which is now 68/person. Children under 1.1m or 1.2m must be accompanied by an adult, and the price for two people must be calculated. This is a bit hehe. The only complaint in the whole trip! It is hot now, and there is a forest water play at the South Gate. The water looks clean and I have to question it. The highlight is that there are 2-month-old raccoons to play with! ! ! So cute! ! ! And they are not afraid of people! ! ! Let's talk about the children's park. The package four years ago included this activity, but this time it was not included. You can buy a brand by yourself, but it is still the same machine from four years ago. The projection in the ocean ball is not turned on. The cost performance is extremely low, so I didn't play it again. There is an extra cow feeding. I have played it in Nailbao/mini mars before. This 30/half hour? We skipped it. In the evening performance, the uncles of the Wa ethnic group in Yunnan worked very hard! The raccoon really performed to the fullest, it was so eye-catching! The kids were all very happy! There is also an insect museum, you can walk around and see it in half an hour, it's not bad. Overall, you can see almost everything if you stay for one night and a whole day. There is also the photographer "Wei" who is very good at entertaining children. Both of our kids are slow to warm up, and under his guidance, the photos are really good!
