設施：酒店房間很乾凈安靜 也很貼心的安排水果和零食 很好
衞生：乾淨 整潔
環境：優美 天然氧吧 動物都像散養的 跟人互動非常好 小朋友很喜歡
服務：無論是前台服務還是接駁車、餐廳等各方面的服務都非常好 接駁車接人非常及時 基本隨叫隨到 辦理入住時添加了管家小王 回覆非常及時 還貼心的送了讓我們吃早餐時可以跟長頸鹿互動的胡蘿蔔券 這次的入住體驗非常棒 還會再來

我説實話，這個酒店，我最無語的就是晚上的燈光。那個洗手間的鏡子燈亮到不行，影響寶寶的睡眠。還有就是洗手間的廁所有點異味，難聞。人員服務倒是蠻好的。

總體還算滿意，特別是管家小王，服務非常好，有問必答，還貼心送了餵食券，長頸鹿很可愛，卡皮巴拉可以互動，小寶們玩的不亦樂乎，美中不足就是再增加一些其他動物更好。非常謝謝小王管家，下次再來。

這次選擇入住長頸鹿酒店，真的是一次超乎想象的完美體驗！一進入酒店區域，就被那鬱鬱葱葱的景色和寧靜的氛圍所吸引，讓人瞬間忘卻了城市的喧囂與疲憊。早上在餐廳享用早餐時，長頸鹿就會慢悠悠地走到窗邊，伸長脖子向你討要食物，那種近距離的互動真的太有趣了，孩子們更是開心得不得了。酒店還有萌寵樂園，彷彿進入了一個動物王國。另外管家小王服務也很好，叫車和諮詢隨時在線～
不得不提的是酒店提供的旅拍服務，真的是太讚了！攝影師非常專業，提前會和你溝通想要拍攝的風格和場景，攝影師還會不斷地捕捉一些有趣的瞬間，讓照片充滿了故事感和趣味性。

湖州長頸鹿莊園真沒白來！白天跟在餐廳和長頸鹿，它們伸着脖子要吃的樣子太萌了。新鋭旅拍攝影師很會引導，不用刻意擺拍就很有感覺，照片拿到手全家都滿意。園區不算大但逛着舒服，住的木屋也挺有特色。帶娃或者跟朋友來都合適，玩得輕鬆還能留紀念，推薦！

Fantastic resort. Very helpful staff and very kind when our room was not ready they gave us some extra coupons. The events are timed nicely during the day and the breakfast was very good mix of western and Chinese.

遠山大床房是獨立的一棟小別墅，三層，三間房，底樓有一個大廳，房間也是三間裏最大最好，三樓頂樓夏天不適宜，實在是太熱了，空調温度都打不下來，本來是想着三樓有室外浴缸小朋友可以玩耍，奈何太熱了
莊園裡下雨了蚊蟲實在是太多了，天熱很多項目對小小朋友不是很友好，沒啥可以玩的，幾乎衹能待在酒店房間裏，本來想去沙灘的但是太熱了，早餐喂長頸鹿的餐廳敞開式的所以也偏熱，餐食的話中餐廳和那個港式餐廳一般般吧，港式餐廳太小了，品種也不夠多
房間裏的設備還行看着不算很舊，衞生狀況也可，就是那個房卡每天都需要更換沒有提前告知，弄得都無法進房，這點不友好，房間裏的冰箱等同虛設，一點都不涼快，衹能屬於常温狀態
服務的話可以，莊園有管家服務，管家思思有問題都能立馬解決，服務不錯，就是離店那天叫車實在是等候太久太久，由於我們行李很多，需要叫車幫忙託行李，這一等就是一個小時，雖然入住人員很多，辦理退房的也多，但是吧，前台至少通知一下還有多久吧，就説快了快了，打了三四次電話都衹説已經催了，如果需要很久那就打聲招呼唄，又不説，實在是等的有點着急
