朋友推薦的民宿，坐落在西塞山的山谷中，環境一級棒，歌樂親子房非常温馨，孩子很喜歡樓下的小院子和池子裏的黑天鵝。管家小鈕提前聯繫做了很多提示，服務也很周到，這裏的早餐搭配很均衡，隱藏菜單有雪菜肉絲麪和大餛飩，午晚餐的大樹下餐廳農家菜味道也相當不錯，住在裏面都不需要出去覓食了。

酒店地處西塞山景區核心地段 ，山水秀麗，風光出片。房間寬大闊氣，設施齊全，整潔衞生。管家小姚熱情周到，有問必答、有惑必解，體現了品牌酒店應有的職業素養。早餐豐盛，味道鮮美，值得推薦。

在湖州廿舍的住店體驗真的超出預期，尤其是管家小鈕，必須好好誇一誇！
從到店開始，小鈕就特別熱情周到，幫我們提行李、介紹民宿的環境和周邊玩法，連哪裡拍照出片、哪家農家菜味道正宗都講得清清楚楚，比做了攻略還實用。住的時候有任何需求，比如加床品、問路線，他總能第一時間響應，態度特別好，一點不敷衍。
民宿本身也很舒服，山景房視野超棒，清晨推開窗就是滿眼綠意，空氣裏都是草木香。晚上在庭院裏坐着聊天，小鈕還貼心地送來熱茶，感覺像在朋友家一樣自在。
下次來湖州，肯定還選廿舍，也希望能再遇到這麼暖心的小鈕～

酒店環境很好，服務小姚基本微信聯繫反應很快，設施熱水泳池也都配備了，早餐結束時間偏早，而且品種也比較簡單，在大樹餐廳用了晚餐，食材新鮮。總體是很好的體驗。

下午一點多到的酒店，驚喜地發現我已經有了一個房間，無需等待。這種貼心的服務讓我感到非常滿意。
在南山漂流的那一天，我享受到了無比的樂趣。回到酒店後，我有幸看到了粉色的晚霞，這是一次難忘的體驗。
晚上，我參加了酒店免費提供的夜探活動。在雄鷹老師的帶領下，我們看到了各種各樣的生物，包括蛇、螳螂、小蜥蜴、魚、蝦、毛毛蟲等。這次活動讓我大開眼界，也讓我對大自然有了更深的理解。
第二天，雖然一直在下雨，但我還是去了長頸鹿莊園。莊園離酒店很近，兩三個小時就可以解鎖裏面的所有項目。回到酒店後，我們休息了一下就去游泳了，泳池雖然不大，但對小朋友來説足夠玩耍了。
總的來説，這次三天兩晚的旅行非常愉快，我感到非常放鬆。我想特別感謝管家部的小姚，小馬和小鈕，她們非常專業，總是盡力滿足我們的需求。他的服務讓我們感到非常舒適和滿意。

非常滿意的一次入住，在前幾天就會聯繫加微信（本次是管家小鈕接待的我們）想要裝飾一下房間過生日，會有氣球和一些擺件，特別好看，很驚喜。房間內環境很乾凈，然後窗外的風景也很好看！早飯雖然沒有特別多（？但是很好吃，足夠了的，還可以帶東西微波爐加熱。後面退房了但是遇到緊急情況也是及時處理了，非常感謝🙏

攜程的套餐非常划算，包含了兩張長頸鹿莊園的門票。房間很大，院子更大！衹可惜去的兩天都是下雨，沒有體會到坐在院子喝下午茶的感受，周邊有陸羽古道，往後開一段就是入口，看看水庫風景也挺開闊，值得一提的是酒店送的登山補給包很豐富，算是物超所值的體驗！
