房間在景區，各方面肯定和城市裡的的酒店沒法比，但是重在水鄉體驗和人文交互，板娘很熱情，懂得也很多，也講很多故事，庭院很大，是老宅和老廠跨次元的結合，非常有特色，庭院對岸不是喧囂的古鎮商業，而是原汁原味，真實存在過的可以見證不同時期的歷史建築，憑發票可以免景區門票，所以一定要第一時間check it

位置很好，在南潯古鎮沒有商業化的部分，有自己的停車場，離南潯標誌景點廊橋和百間樓不過百米。遊覽景區很方便，又不受遊客打擾。民宿內環境古色古香。

落花老屋設在南潯古鎮景區裏，是一間中型的民宿。民宿裏設有櫃枱，環境寧靜，附近有挺多餐館。台前服務人員非常熱心，有禮貌，體貼。民宿也提供早餐，食物主打營養健康，我們也不必為早餐費心。感謝服務人員在我們住宿的期間的幫助。
