古香古色的民宿，房間乾淨，服務熱情，可以免費品嚐南潯三道茶，該有自己的私人博物館，過個橋就是古鎮繁華地段，鬧中取靜。

庭院房還是不錯的，四個人住兩間房很寬鬆，房間佈置使用都很滿意，室外小院子植物有點大稍微擋了點但景緻可以，就是天太熱要不然坐院子裏面喝茶舒服的多，老闆的私人博物館東西很靚，看上一幅畫不願意轉讓，無緣了。。下次來再住住，這個位置在古鎮河邊很不錯，不吵很安靜地盤又大。

上一次來南潯古鎮還是在疫情期間，遊客稀少，十分落寞。如今再來，一片遊人如織的景象。一個古鎮最核心的是什麼呢，不是優美的山水，而是有沒有名人的故居，可以為古鎮的人文增色不少。南潯古鎮最大的人文故居是張靜江故居，而落花老屋就與故居隔河相望，走過去衹需要跨越一座橋。落花老屋的特色是老，這是一片老宅，有很大的院子，院子裏還有老闆自己的收藏館，收藏了很多自己收集的文物古玩。所以我感覺老闆開民宿的目的衹是給自己的眾多藏品找一個收納的場所而已。

房間帶陽台，晚上看水鄉夜景比較方便，位置不錯，打車可以直接到門口，靠百間樓要近一點，院子很大，主人有個博物館，也可以看，帶早餐，很人性，還可以喝免費的三道茶，噴頭這邊有點小問題，老闆娘給解決了。唯一不足一點就是沒有電梯，拉箱子上二樓還是有點不方便。總體滿意。

服務好，很貼心，早早打電話溝通，提前打開空調，一進房間就清涼舒適。給兩張卡，一張卡可以保持插電，保證空調不斷，隨時回房間都很涼爽。
