首先看25年開業選擇的，然後導航找不到地方，打電話後，辦理入住是希爾頓酒店，然後接駁車送到月亮灣酒店，跟訂的酒店名字完全不搭噶！
房間是獨門獨院，確實挺大，但是設施裝修太舊了，都是十幾年前的吧！枕頭一躺就平了，不舒服，床不知道多久了，衹要翻身就有聲音還會動，鏡子不知道是掉漆還是咋了，跟這個價格完全不對等
唯一説的過去的就是服務不錯，有需要立馬解決，還有就是有院子，有小温泉池子，小朋友玩玩挺不錯的，1300真心不值

酒店位置非常好 房間非常大 設施有些年頭 不算新 不過乾淨整潔 風景很美如畫 ；早餐豐富多彩 品質好 ；服務還行吧 周邊有很多農家樂餐廳 適合外出晚餐

入住南太湖全別墅度假別墅酒店太驚喜了！別墅自帶庭院和私湯，傍晚坐在庭院喝茶泡温泉♨️超愜意。房間設計雅緻，床品柔軟得讓人不想起。早餐種類豐富，湖鮮麪和定勝糕必嘗，晚餐在中餐廳點的銀魚炒蛋鮮嫩入味。管家阿豪，服務貼心，有求必應還主動幫忙提行李。離月亮廣場不遠，散步就能到，下次來湖州還住這！

這次預訂真是超讚了，別墅環境不錯，裏面設施應有盡有，每個別墅自己都有私湯，管家Lucy提前就聯繫了我們並把空調開好，私湯裏的水放好。整個別墅區還有免費的公共温泉，環境也很不錯。另外走的時候由於粗心忘記了櫃門裡的衣服，Lucy幫忙給寄回家了並且酒店承擔了運費。之後如果還來湖州這邊遊玩首選這個酒店，也會向身邊朋友推薦

別墅酒店房間裏的味道清新 、温馨、私密空間極高，鳥語花香，綠植茂密。管家及其周到。特別是李元琛管家紳士風度言談舉止大方。跟人感覺是素質極高的人。總之推薦旅遊度假首選酒店。我下次來湖州一定再來別墅酒店 ，是打卡聖地
