The hotel is located in Soma Bay on the Red Sea, more than 40 kilometers from Hurghada Airport, not the majority of people living in Hurghada and Marti Bay. This position has advantages and disadvantages: the disadvantage is that there is no supporting business, there is no business to buy, no way to take a taxi, only the hotel car (no expensive); the advantage is quiet, the entire bay only Westin, Sheraton, Kempins Base and a diving club, so the beaches on the other side are European and American foreigners, did not see other Chinese. The Westin’s beach is far from the hotel and the hotel will be transported with the shuttle bus, so it is inconvenient to play with the sea. But we went to the Westin golf course, which was great. The facilities of the hotel are of course good, the building is renovated and the room pool gym breakfast, etc. are top notch. But I have to spit on the service. When checking in in the lobby, the attitude of the front desk was polite on the surface, but the room for us was particularly bad. I specially booked the golf sea view room and gave it to the far side. Since Soma Bay has not been fully developed, it is now undergoing major construction, giving me only 200 meters of work space in the room, which seriously affects the landscape and rest. I suggested that I had to change a room. The front desk lady was very reluctant to say that there was no sea view room. Then I insisted on asking, only to say that there was only a lower floor facing the room on the edge of the atrium pool. Later, when I was playing, I was close to the original room and found that there was no one in the area. If I stayed, I was the only one who lived near the construction site. After returning, I complained to Ctrip, and the hotel actually told us that Ctrip had changed the room. The sea view room has been upgraded to a pool room. The room service is basically not available. The service during the meal is also normal. After pouring the coffee, even if you add milk and sugar, you will walk away without much attention.

I really don’t want to leave. Because the room is on the first floor, it is a bit damp and some quilt covers and sheets have pilled. The facilities are not very new. I suggest that you book a higher-priced room type. It is not much more expensive. My friend booked a room a little more expensive than me. It is on the second floor. The view is good and it is not so damp. In short, I am very satisfied and don’t want to leave. I will be sad for several days after returning.😭

The accommodation is OK, the room is big, but it doesn't match the pictures. There was a small episode when contacting the customer service. It's a five-minute walk from the beach. I have visited the resort with my family for 3 Nights and booked it through trip.com which was some how not normal for the reception but they was very helpful specially Mr. Ahmed who helped us in check-in check-out and also in the reservation for the Chinese restaurant Hotel size is average and easy to go from place to another, the hotel has no direct access to the beach but there is shuttle bus each 10 Minutes to go to the beach Staff are so friendly and helpful and supportive Food has a great variety, but the quality you can say above average Aqua park has only two slides There is a big heated pool (we enjoyed so much) Animation team was great No Free WIFI in rooms only in loopy area Snacks available on the beach restaurant and layli beurit restaurant from 12:30 PM till 5:00 PM Chinese restaurant not recommended

The unexpected surprise was really great, a huge resort, all meals included, and free flow at the bar in addition to bottled wine. With the invincible sea view and the interior view of the resort, the key is to really relax and no longer have to fight with wits to guard against scams:)

Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

Great hotel, small and fine. Every night, the bar has a resident singing. Hotel dinner needs to be scanned or the front desk to make an appointment one day in advance. We scanned the code to make an appointment Basilico Italian. The front desk of the companion also booked an Italian restaurant. Later, I learned that Basilico Italian is the Italian restaurant in the hotel next door. The front desk helped to make an appointment with the Italian restaurant upstairs at our front desk.
