Great resort not far from the airport where there is plenty to do for people for kids of all ages. Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap. Great service from the staff there and a really fantastic holiday!

The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.

The hotel is very large. We stayed in a room on the first floor. The overall environment was relatively clean. However, when we first checked in, we found several hairs on the sink in the toilet. The room was dimly lit. The food in the restaurant was not tasty. During outdoor activities, we could see the staff cleaning all the time. This hotel is very suitable for bringing children to play various amusement facilities. It is far from the hotel's own beach and there are many people. You can either take a shuttle bus or walk there.

The view was absolutely stunning, I stayed building No.5 for 3nights. The snorkeling spot was near my room. However the hotel was working on the maintenance to renew few rooms in building No. 5 5124 so it was extremely loud. So I had to called the reception to switch room and we moved to further down room 5135. To be honest, I prefer to stay in a room with updated facilities like those Europeans, but it seems the hotel really wants to put all Chinese together in No.5 I don't know why. In the end of day, we paid same amount of money to stay with this hotel, I hope next time the hotel can arrange me in a building with updated facilities instead of a loud and far room. Apart from that, most things are pleasant.

Booked more than 400 per night with three meals for two. This big hotel is only my Chinese and the others are blonde. The hotel is beautiful and the red castle type is very Arabic. There is more than an hour of free performances every night in a semicircular theater. The hotel also has a small museum. There are several swimming pools, and in winter there is a heated pool where you can play water volleyball. You can also play mini golf, darts, table tennis, tennis, aerobics and parent-child activities for free. Three meals a day are good. There are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop cafe bar is free. It's a little far from the beach but there is a shuttle bus. I didn't go to the beach because I booked a two-day trip to the sea. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not at the beach if I feel the sea. A five-minute walk near the hotel has a very large variety of supermarkets that can be visited for a long time. If you are tired of the hotel, you can change the taste at several restaurants in the supermarket entrance. There are also shops and supermarkets in the hotel, and the prices are ok. A small road next to it is Jungle Paradise Hotel, which is bigger like a big park to visit, and no Asian can see it. Stayed for three nights and did n’t have enough. I just left the terrain and left. Try the next Jungle Paradise Hotel next time.

Most of them are European and American families. If you are traveling with children, I recommend staying here. You must order three meals a day to ensure satisfaction. Children can have fun. There are also children's programs in the evening. If you are not on a long vacation, there is no need to stay in this type of hotel just to visit the Red Sea water project. Facilities: The hotel has many restaurants, buffet restaurants and reservation restaurants. Some people say that they cannot make a reservation for the seafood restaurant, which is possible. Other restaurants are also good. Environment: I am very satisfied with the environment and supporting facilities. Although I don’t like to go to the swimming pool in the afternoon sun, I like to get up early for sunrise and the beach after sunset. Service: The habit of tipping is what Egyptian waiters expect now. My suggestion is that if you are satisfied with their service, about one dollar is fine. They will be very happy and positive. You will also get more positive and friendly service.

Hotel is very organized! Service was amazing! Quality of food, drinks and cleanliness of the hotel is superb!Staff are very helpful and friendly! Mr. Ayman in the reception did a great job during the check-in as well! I would totally recommend that place to everyone!

We spent 8 days at the resort. And we have very good time. A lot activity for all people. Kids. Grown up A lot of entertainment everyday something new Variety of food suits all appetites. The crew and service are superb. I will visit pickalbatros over and over again E Gerges

Conclusion first: This hotel is worth it and the service is very good. I will come again on my next trip to Egypt. Let's talk about the details Food: There are many choices for all three meals, especially dinner, and there are Asian restaurants to choose from. Both of us from Chongqing adapted to the food and felt very comfortable. We didn't have diarrhea like we did when we traveled to Thailand. Accommodation: The room was very clean and large, facing the atrium swimming pool directly. There was the sea on the side. Very good. Sea view: The beautiful Red Sea is very quiet and beautiful, and the jelly-like sea surface can be seen everywhere. Service: I didn't see any discrimination by the staff at all. They even welcome Chinese people. Since our driver would arrive late, he also helped us to delay the check-out for 2 hours for free.

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. 1. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken. It was not repaired after two days of repair. We applied for a room change, and the hotel responded very quickly and changed the room. Later, when we met the hotel staff, they still asked us enthusiastically whether the air conditioner was repaired. 2. Because of the temporary change of itinerary, we communicated with the hotel whether we could refund one night's room fee. The hotel also cooperated very well and refunded the fee. I also thank Ctrip's customer service for their hard work in following up. Of course, there are some shortcomings: 1. I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent. My child was bitten 16 times on his face on the first night, and both hands were swollen (we also beat mosquitoes for half a night and killed 5!). 2. We booked a three-meal all-inclusive package. Maybe because we have lived in the UAE for a long time, we have adapted to the white food a little bit, but in fact, we couldn't eat it on the third day. So Chinese stomachs can choose two meals and go out to eat some seafood to adjust (the hotel all-inclusive package does not include seafood). Overall, it's OK, and the kids also had a lot of fun
