Stayed for three days, all inclusive package was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, the facilities were a little old but ok. The sea was beautiful and the beach was nice. The buffet in the main restaurant was much better than expected, and the a la carte dinner in the beach restaurant was also very good. The most distinctive Arabic restaurant was not booked, so I can't comment on it. It is recommended to get familiar with the environment and book the restaurant as soon as possible on the first day of arrival, and dinner must be booked one day in advance.

The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile. They helped me organize a surprise birthday celebration for my husband, they went above and beyond to make it special and unforgettable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, the beach was beautiful, and we had so much fun throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to unwind and create special memories. Thank you to the amazing team for making our trip so special!

Noch nie so engagiertes Servicepersonal wie in diesem Hotel erlebt. Für das Team kann man auch 6 Sterne geben. Nebenbei bemerkt, das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, sind die Angebote vom Schauinsland Team Flash Tours die wir gebucht haben nicht empfehlenswert. Der Tauchausflug Utopia war okay, die Insel auf die wir die letzten zwei Stunden verfrachtet wurden ist ein Schrott. Völliger Touristennepp. Der Service "Fast Track" grenzte schon sehr an Betrug, auf keinen Fall buchen.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour La plage et l’acces direct aux recifs est top Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien ammenagees Nous sommes francais mais nous ne nous sommes pqs du tout sentis a part car la majeure partie de la clientele est allemande Il faut quand meme se debrouiller en anglais Les restaurants sont excellents et nous avons eu des supers serveurs au restaurant du buffet sans qui notre sejour n’aurait pas ete le meme Serviables ,d’une extreme gentillesse et toujours de bonne humeur Bravo a eux Je mets une petite photo d’eux pour qu’ils soit felicites
