Elaria Hotel Hurgada Reviews

We checked-in in 2 am. There weren't any towels in the room, we needed to ask the receptionist to bring us. The room was all dusty, the shelfs and the floor. The water was very slow, either very hot or very cold. No shampoo and shower gel and broken dispenser for shower gel. The breakfast was mediocre. It's good to spend some hours after flight, but not 3 star hotel for sure.

The room is big and can hold three person. It’s near the city center so there may be some traffic noises. It may be a little hot in the day time but there is conditioner in the room. And the staff are friendly.

Disappointed no direct access to the beach, quite dirty and unusual elevator set up. But at least they allow pets and we’re friendly

The hotel is located on a remote street with few people. The room is really bad, the floor is full of dust, and the bed is full of hair and dust. It is hard to imagine what it feels like to lie down in such a place for a night. The hotel manager did not change his bad habits. At first, he gave me a very small room. After changing the room again, there were still a lot of hairs on the bed. He insisted that changing the sheets would be enough. The service attitude was very bad. But the Ctrip customer service staff is not bad. I give a thumbs up to the customer service!

The room was really beyond imagination, very clean, and there was a small balcony. From the small balcony, you can see flowers, which smelled very good. The only drawback of the hotel was that the breakfast was a bit simple, but the service was quite enthusiastic. You can see that the owner is taking good care of it, because people who like flowers are very warm.

The flight was late, so I found a hotel closest to the airport... The hardware is hard to describe, but if you are not picky, you can try it... The quilt is not even covered...

Economy class hotel as expected, but there is no drinking water in the room, I checked in at night, there is nowhere to get it, they have it on sale, but you can’t pay in the morning, only prepayment, it was very upsetting, I suffered through the night, and the air conditioner was also clicking very loudly, but I was pleased with the breakfast, although it was portioned, but big!

Everything is good special sfatt and animation is perfect really animation program and shiw is very good food, drinks, cocktails, perfect and area and beach is very good animation in the beach is very friendly and very good people’s i like all

Very good hotel. Looking great, chill atmosphere. No complains about food. Nice people in animation and good extra services. Not too crowdy, not too loud. Always pool service with good beer coming. Also good disco with animators outside the hotel. Safe and sound. Thumbs up

The hotel is lovely, very clean, amazing water slides, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Animations team are brilliant with amazing shows and entertainment for the children. Food is relay nice - lots of restaurants to choose from!!

Past by today and popped in for some lunch. Just read some of the old reviews. All I can say it was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. the food was excellent nice and hot If anything not much to say nothing to complain about. over all very good and a nice experience. I would pop in again.

It was absolutely great there, the staff is VERY friendly there, at the recepetion and also in the restaurant. absolutely well done from the hotel, nice food and also relaxed atmosphere - was great to be there at Christmas and new years eve. Everday super service even at the beach mashrabya! We absolutely book that again! Couldn´t have been better - to be recommendet fully! very polite in the restaurant Mr. Muhammad Jaber ( Mohamed Gaber), exzellent service! also at the recepetion, she was very polite! with very good english. Price-performance ratio = genial!
