Отель прекрасный! Еда очень вкусная, номер большой, красивый, удобный.территория очень красивая. Но очень хочу вас предупредить про агенство Библиоглобус. Случилась не очень приятная ситуация. Ребенок заболел. Мы не смогли поехать на экскурсию и нам сказали что "Особо подчеркиваем: что болезнь Туриста/временная нетрудоспособность не является форс-мажором или иным обстоятельством непреодолимой силы, отменяющим действие оферты" Деньги возвращать отказываются. Позже дополню отзыв при возвращении

Unsere Reise nach Ägypten war einfach traumhaft! Das Hotel war hervorragend – wunderschön, gepflegt und mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Essen war köstlich und vielfältig – jeden Tag gab es eine große Auswahl an frischen und geschmackvollen Gerichten. Ob lokale Spezialitäten oder internationale Küche, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Auch das Ambiente des Hotels war einfach wunderbar: stilvolle Einrichtung, gepflegte Poolanlagen und eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Die gesamte Hotelbesatzung war überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir jederzeit gerne wiederholen würden. Wir können dieses Hotel und Ägypten als Reiseziel absolut weiterempfehlen! Hanna

Fantastic hotel. Food was lovely and rooms were clean and comfortable with a lot of space and a great bathroom. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. There's a number of bars and restaurants to chose from as well as shops, taxis and excursions if you want to go out for the day. If you're traveling with children and young people the aqua park is amazing, loads of slides for all ages and night time shows for entertainment. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to anyone travelling to Egypt

Great hotel! Staff can't do enough for you and the hotel is immaculate. Loads of choice at all the buffet restaurants and 2 on site a la carte restaurants. There's also shops, a pharmacy and a clinic so no need to leave if you don't want to. If you do want to go out there's an on site taxi service and trips that pick you up by the front door. Absolutely brilliant place, can't recommend enough

Первый раз в Египте, по рекомендации остановили свой выбор на этом отеле. Отель очень понравился, чистота, еда, обслуживание -всё на 5. Сам отель уютный, номеров немного. Несколько бассейнов, один подогреваемый. В номере всегда чистое белье и полотенца. Меняли каждый день. Вкусное и разнообразное питание. Из развлечений, платный бильярд, вечерняя шоу программа. В нашем распоряжении территория 3-х отелей этой сети . Море находится через дорогу, ходили пешком, через территорию отеля этой сети, минут 10. Пляж чистый, сход в море комфортный, с обеих сторон пирс.

What a very pleasant young man ,very professional and nothing is too much Always has a smile for us He has such a jolly nature and a laugh to talk too The waiters and staff are all very friendly and helpful The food is outstanding in all the hotels You can use all amenities within the other hotels Nobody is pushy everything is at a very relaxed pace The pools are exceptionally clean The water parks,slides are excellent and no queuing

Hotel will charge you for anything! We gave our pool card into the towel center as my partner has her own towel. Upon leaving, we were charged for the towel. Absolutely disgusting mismanagement - no remorse what so ever. You are also made to checkout at 12:00 on your departure day, so our transfer wasnt until 6pm, so they steal a whole day of your holiday! Avoid.
