Это было худшее решение остановится в этом отеле. Самый грязный отель в Хургаде. С чемоданами они не помогают, только за деньги. Мой друг хотел помочь мне с чемоданом и с нас требовали 14$, чтобы друг зашел ко мне в номер!! Сам номер отвратительный. Номер очень прокуренный, вся мебель в дырках от сигарет. На кухне мигает лампочка. Шторы в пятнах. В мусорках было что-то сгнившее. Все стены поцарапаны и испачканы. Пол не мыли очень давно, тк ноги были черные, после хождения там. Полотенца грязные, в пятнах. Красивый вид из окна, но весь балкон в какашках от птиц. На нём не убирались очень давно. На кухне следы и грязь, как будто то насекомых и тараканов. Я хотела отказаться от этого номера. Я требовала деньги обратно, но мне отказали. Персоналу абсолютно наплевать на это, они разводят руками и просто требуют денег.

Catching an early flight, I chose a cheap one. The result was a bit beyond my expectation. It is a West African style hotel. I didn't try the food. The service of the hotel is 3, which is not bad. It may be related to the lack of pressure on people here.
