我還是建議國人不來這裏吧 ， 首先， 價格很貴 ， 服務一般 ， 酒店裡大部分是俄羅斯客人 ， 餐廳雖然不少， 有6家 ， 但是預約不到 ， 我住了兩晚 ， 每家餐廳都是滿的，衹能吃自助餐 ， 但是實際用餐的客人並不多， 我想應該是酒店的套路吧 ， 説是可以選擇各種餐廳吃飯， 其實一個都沒有 ， 我跑去前台那裡投訴， 我付了三餐的錢，但是什麼都沒有 ， 她沒辦法才給我預約了一晚意大利餐廳people’s , 但其實當晚吃飯的人很少 ， 很多都是空台， 而且預製菜一樣， 挺難吃的， 酒店大了 ， 服務就跟不上 ， 所有的服務都是集中在一個類似於小程序的網頁裏 ， 我覺得還不如打電話來的方便 ， 這一點我相信大部分國人都不會習慣， 另外，所有的bar是免費的， 也不需要預約， 那些雞尾酒是真的差， 酒保水平太有限的， 我堅持試喝了三個 ， 都不好喝 ， 不過有一説一 ， 他們家那個草莓汁是真好喝 ， 每次我都直接過去幹三杯 ， 原汁原味 。 我預訂的泳池別墅 ， 位置給我們的也一般 ， 在裏面，看不到海， 好位置肯定輪不到中國人 ， 另外 ， 泳池不是獨享的， 大概有五六件房共用一個泳池 ， 這一點我倒是沒預料到 。 全程沒有任何一個服務人員問我們是否需要幫助， 一切都需要自己去爭取 ， 我感覺價格和享受到的服務完全不成比例 ， 中肯的講 ， 不建議大家入住 。

I found the elderly and children again. They were all asleep on the bench in the hotel lobby! They were cold and hungry. There was a free dinner that night, but the restaurant was closed. I almost cried. Ctrip treated a 70-year-old man and a 10-year-old child like this! This is how we feel displaced overseas during the Spring Festival! I complained to the backend, but it has not been resolved in seven days. Please give me an explanation. Why did the hotel have problems twice! Can Ctrip still be trusted?
