We live in Hurghada, often come to the hotels of the Azurr chain for the weekend, we have a frequent guest card. They gave us a good room in a villa, there is essentially no sea, the food is very mediocre. But the most disgusting attitude towards the guest was from the employee Christina (guest relations), after dinner we were sitting on the open terrace near the restaurant and I took sweets from the restaurant (I did not know that they were not allowed to be taken out to the terrace, no one stopped me or said anything when leaving the restaurant), a waiter comes to us (I do not remember his name, but as we were told later, he was new) and says that you can't eat here, we said ok, that's it, go (no one was rude to him or raised their voice). After 5 minutes, Christina comes and, without understanding the situation, begins to accuse US (the guests) of a huge thing, that we sent the waiter!!!!! What a customer service and attitude towards guests. In the end, my husband went to the reception, explained the situation to the manager, they called the waiter, they apologized to us. I have been to many hotels around the world, but this is the first time I have seen this. Kristina and the waiter should definitely be fired.

A wonderful hotel, clean and delicious) they check you in quickly) I recommend the bungalow! The hotel is worth its money - well, don't compare it with others 5 The beach is not for children, it's all about those who swim well, coral reels are a must for children) The territory is large and beautiful! A very dedicated team in a hotel that is unfortunately showing its age. Hurghada unfortunately doesn't have much to offer other than snorkeling. Since we had booked all-inclusive, we spent a lot of time in the hotel complex. The animation team tried extremely hard, but it was still really boring. Internet is a rarity. You can only get internet access after trying to log on several times (and only in the lobby). The short programs in the evening weren't bad. Unfortunately, it was repetitive and you were still bored around the program. I feel a bit sorry for the animation team because they had to dance to the same songs several times a day and every day of the week. They didn't have the means to entertain us at all. It would be terribly monotonous for younger travelers. If you just want to lie by the pool, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. The food was obviously varied. It felt like you were always seeing the same ingredients in different variations. For example, there was minced meat served as a Bolognese, as a kebab skewer, as small meatballs, etc. It always tasted the same, only the eye was satisfied. However, the salad bar was very good. The waiters were courteous and occasionally a little flirty. But that probably has something to do with the mentality in general. Overall, a positive experience. Suitable for a family vacation. But we won't be coming back a second time.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, viele Bäume und Blumen. Essen war OK, genug Auswahl. An Strand und Pool immer genügend Liegestühle, reservieren ist nicht nötig (zumindest im Mai). Vor dem Hotel eine kleine Einkaufsstrasse. Auch auf der Anlage ein paar Läden (teuer). Es gibt einen guten Tättowierer und 2 Aquarien mit Fischen, die einem die Füsse "reinigen". Die 3 Restaurants auf der Anlage (orientalisch, asiatisch, italienisch) sind zu empfehlen. Sehr schöner, aufmerksamer Service. Gutes Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind generell alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Einzig das Ende des Stegs könnte man um Welten schöner gestalten. Den Gerümpel weg, der dort rumliegt und ein paar neue Stühle hin... Kleiner Nachteil: Hotel ist ziemlich weit weg vom Zentrum (18 km zur Marina).

Отель на один раз, отель средний. В целом если не придираться , то пойдёт, питание однообразное, уборка каждый день, но приходят когда вы в номере, соответственно уборку просили отменить, шампуня нет. Анимация работает хорошо, ребята стараются.
