Take heed!!! Acceptable. Room/Room cleaner Always given clean towels We found all staff polite and helpful The pools were lovely, and children certainly had fun in the Aqua Park Negative. Where do I start? Booked Caesar Palace, to then be informed by rep it was best for us to go eat in Dream hotel next door. It's an ideal opportunity if you want to fast for several days. We survived on chicken and rice. Beware chicken not always cooked thoroughly. Hot coal Barbeques set out 3ft next to kids pool, whilst toddlers still in Cooked chickens were hung out in the sun 40° from around 3.30pm until served out at 6.30pm+ and bowls of other food bought out and covered in cling film the same. Drinks served in tiny plastic cups. We were given 3 bottled waters per day, otherwise you are able to be served water from a machine. We gave up on that after tasting it and it tasted of fish. So bought bottled from shop next door. HAZARD! The biggest fear was of slipping, which is well understood around the pools, but when people are allowed to come in and out of hotel dripping wet, running up staircase, water on ceramic tiles is accidents waiting to happen. All in all. I would not recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is 2 star at a push not 4 and definitely not 5 as advertised on their website. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It is not catered for Europeans at all! Especially not British people. The all inclusive is terrible, Pepsi and 7up poured out of bottles, no other pop available, one type of beer again poured out of bottles, and a few spirits offered. No cocktails, no juices, and a couple of squashes available. Everything served in tiny 200ml plastic cups. Some bars are all inclusive but some bars you have to pay at. The food is awful to say the least, I’ve lived off chips and rice and that’s only because we’ve been going to the sister hotels restaurant every day. The main hotel restaurant doesn’t even do chips, all traditional Egyptian food like rice pudding and beans for breakfast. There is also only a very small amount of food being served, no variety daily it is the same every single day, chicken and kofta. The main restaurant looks run down and things are broken. The breakfast is even more awful, the only edible things were the eggs. I also have coeliac disease and was assured before coming that special diet menus were available on request, this is not the case at all! No one knew what I meant when translating gluten free and I’ve had to risk what I’m eating and play it safe with just rice and chips. They do offer pasta and pizza in the sister restaurant but I was unable to eat this. The rooms are actually okay, aside from a few broken shelves and draws, again definitely not 4 or 5 star but they are liveable. There is loud music from 8am-10:30pm right outside the balcony. There is not much entertainment, every night the animation team do their dances on stage and there is a belly dancer for half hour and that’s it just music on. There is a bikini only pool which Egyptians aren’t allowed in, but you get haggled by workers constantly trying to sell you something, even a beer which they bring to you and you have to pay when you can go to the bar for free yourself. The house keeping man will give you 3 small bottles of water every day when he cleans the room, but if you want more bottled water at the bar you have to pay for it. Everything is an extra charge here. Check out is at 12pm, our transfer wasn’t until 9pm at night, they do offer late check out which we asked prior to the day we was leaving however they told us to come back on the morning of, and then proceeded to tell us it’s fully booked. They cut your wrist bands off at check out so you aren’t able to use any of the facilities or all inclusive. They said we could eat lunch but we got kicked out of the restaurant being told to pay £10 per person. They also do not have communal showers so we aren’t able to use the pool then shower before leaving. Basically sat in reception all day before going home. There is a taxi service that works with the hotel however they overcharge you significantly! We paid 1000EGP for a return journey to the mall, however on Uber this w

Would have been better off getting arrested and being put in an Egyptian prison. Room was vile, food was vile. Mouse droppings in the room, hair on the floor, the was a pooh in the toilet upon arrival, broken cupboard, fridge didn’t work, no water, rude staff. Our daughter was attacked by bed bugs, sheets were dirty, 2 towels for 4 people. As soon as you hand your room key back in, they cut your all inclusive band off, so you have no access to the food or drink, even if you have a long wait to be picked up for your transfer. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this.

Easy jet cancelled our flight and we had to stay in this hell hole overnight . I have never been in such a dirty disgusting and disorganised hotel in my life and can not believe people actually pay to stay there.!!! Infact staying in the airport overnight would have been preferable. We arrived at 3.30 AM shattered and in the morning daylight revealed My room was tired, dirty ,smelly lacking in every need. I was greeted by a toilet full of someone's faeces. The dirty white sheet covered in black stains was laid directly on top of the mattress and awaking in the morning I had bites on my legs and I had laid on the bed for less than 3 hours . I decided to try and get some toast and coffee so went downstairs to total chaos with staff running about like headless chickens and achieving nothing . The food l looked like slop and I felt the hotel does not cater for the European Market. Worktops and floors were coverd in food and liquid spillages which you had to try and walk around. The reception was crammed with suitcases and people complaining at the reception desk. I know everyone has an off day and peoples standards vary but this was more than a bad day it was total lack of order, cleanliness and decent manners...... my worst nightmare of a hotel

Terrible! 0 stars would be better. Easyjet cancelled our flight and put us up here. The whole hotel was dirty and looked dilapidated. It smelt like cigarettes and BO. Stains on sheets, broken shelves, cupboards and fridge in the room. No soap or toiletries in bathroom, 2 towels we had 4 people in the room. The bed felt like it had crumbs in it, bedding smelt dirty. Hair, crumbs, dirt and what looked like mouse poo was all over the room floor. Our feet were BLACK! The door handle to the room was broken. The lift was gross. I didnt dare eat breakfast as it was so minimal and disgusting looking. No tea or coffee or jam/butter for toast even on offer even. Staff tried to put my mother in law in a room with my family of 4 when she was entitled to her own room rather than bed share a single bed with one of my 2 children or double bed share with her son and wife! They argued that was fine. They lost one of our bags, made my husband go down at 4am to help locate it when i had already given clear room number to the porter. No water was available in the room for my family of 4. I slept a broken 4 hours thanks to noise of loud trolleys in the hallway all night. My whole family couldnt wait to leave!
