2nd time here and what a brilliant place entertainment was amazing , went to the Chinese and Italian would recommend these , room was cleaned everyday couldn't fault the cleaner was so funny , food so many different varieties to choose from, different themed every night x

I went here with my daughter as a birthday present for her, we had been to this hotel before that's why we chose it. The room we had was very big and welcoming when we walked in, it was up two flights of stairs with no hand rail which was a bit dodgy. We soon got our bearings as we had been here before and knew where most amenities were such as bars, beach and restaurant, on the beach there was always plenty of space no matter what time of day you went down there, (probably because it wasn't very busy) the pools were beautiful and cold. The grounds are amazing so well kept the gardeners were always out tending to them. So far everything was okay until we went for our evening meal, there was plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful however some of the food wasn't hot which was a shame. On our second day there was a meet and great with most of the managers, the general manager and a director of the hotel, they asked us if we had any problems we told them about the food not being hot, we asked if there was a microwave so we could heat it up, we also told them about the spa people coming round there was a constant stream of them. The following day when we went for dinner all the food was hot just as it should have been and there was a microwave all being that it was behind a screen and difficult to see, there was not many spa people about either. Every day we were contacted by personnel to see if all was okay a very nice gesture. All in all we did have a lovely holiday, all the staff from the Directors down care about their guests and help where they can. We will definitely be back again as it is such a lovely hotel.

Les animateurs sont gentils,bienveillants et investis dans leur travail. L’hôtel est très propre (toilettes bien entretenus et propres,pelouse tondue etc…). Les animations sont géniales et variées. La nourriture de l’hôtel est qualitative 😁❤️

Первый раз в Египте и первый раз в отеле all inclusive. Всë понравилось: питание отличное, кормят на убой, номера хорошие, комфортные. Анимация очень понравилась: очень красочные вечерние шоу, весëлые аниматоры, особенно Катя 🤗 Много разных спортивных и танцевальных активов. Спасибо за отличный отдых!

Хороший отель! Очень вежливый персонал, красочные вечерние шоу, питание - твёрдая четвёрка. Уже не первый раз в Египте, цена полностью соответствует качеству. Единственное пожелание - сушилка для белья в номер, а в остальном всё здорово. Планируем приехать ещё раз в будущем 😍
