We were initially booked at the garden side after 2 nights. We did not like the room in Garden too noisy near the pool.pay alitte extras to stay at the beach side We find the service at the beach side is so much better. Staff at the restaurant are very attentive. Food instead better at the beach buffet. Happy that we switch.

Having read previous reviews, we were expecting this place to be very friendly, but maybe we were just unlucky! We arrived in the early hours, and the welcome wasn't very friendly. We found that the reception team was not that friendly throughout our stay. This continued into the restaurant, not much smiling or chatting, I think staff just focus on clearing tables. The young servers on the beach, completely opposite, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little worn but incredibly clean and tidy, cannot fault this at all. Food is all buffet style, and the selection is very good, but more focused on quantity rather than quality. We found the temperature on a lot of items an issue, but this may be just us; we like our food served hot. We tried 2 of the Al a carte restaurants, the Italian and the Chinese, in the sister hotel. Go to the sister hotel, the friendliness, service, and food were so much better, could learn a thing or two here! Overall, for the cost of this holiday, it was good, but it could have been so much better.

Территория отеля очень большая и зелёная, ухоженная, питание очень понравилось, разнообразная еда,отличный сервис и персонал отеля, анимация великолепная, вечерние шоу и концерты, работа девушек аниматоров выше всяких похвал. Очень хотелось бы вернуться ещё, очень хороший отель!

Fantastic time……. Great staff, all ways friendly and chatty. The Animation team was the best , everyday had activities and brought on the fun…. Special shout out to buda, capo and Solomon (and the DJ but I can’t remember his name) banging!!!!!

Больше всего понравилось море и пляж, очень хорошее обслуживание. Номера хорошие, отремонтированные, но идет ремонт, поэтому если вы близко к стройке, то будет шумно и пыльно. Я бы добавила разнообразие еды в ресторане и заход в море был бы отличным, если не пришлось бы идти 1 км по пантону.

“ The hotel is beautiful, with friendly and helpful staff throughout. The animation team puts on fantastic entertainment each evening. I would definitely recommend staying here. Situated right on the beach, the location offers the perfect choice between relaxing by the sea or lounging at the pool. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

В полне не плохой отель. Отдыхаем сейчас здесь с семьей (двое взрослых + ребенок 3х лет). Номер хороший нам дали, новый я бы сказала. К уборке претензий нет. Убирают хорошо, каждый день. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый. Питание разнообразное. Очень много мяса, гарниров, сыров, овощей. С фруктами чуть поскуднее, но тоже не плохо. Арбуз давали 1 раз, дыня каждый день, виноград, яблоки, груши тоже каждый день. Анимация для детей хорошая! Есть с чем сравнить. Для детей вечером всегда дискотека и развлечения на пляже. Дети всегда чем-то заняты, то пиццу пекут, то в бассейне из развлекают, то пенная вечеринка. Отдельно хочу выделить аниматора Budda и Nivoo очень классные ребята!!! Весёлые, приветливые, внимательные к детям! Теперь о минусах: пляж точно не для отдыха с детьми. Воды нет, отливы бесконечные, первые 4 дня воды у берега не было вообще. Ходим купаться на пирс. Сейчас вода пришла, уже получше, но очень мелко. Но, в купании на пирсе есть и плюсы: можно поплавать с маской и посмотреть на рыбок и кораллы 😍
