I just arrived from hotel today and i promiss myself to write one good review. It was almost perfect. A a pleasent time begining from animation team and finished with the boy who work to clean the room. Only at the Tuesday quitar at La Luna bar i didn't understood what i payd for...

Wir können absolut nichts aussetzen weder beim Essen noch beim Personal. Das Familienzimmer ist zwar an der Straßenseite aber das wussten wir im Vorhinein das es lauter ist ! Nach der ersten Nacht wird man auch das gewöhnt ! Ich verstehe die vielen negativen Kommentare nicht ?? Natürlich ist es kein 5 Sterne + Hotel das weiß man aber normalerweise vor dem buchen. Alles in Allem hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Danke für die schöne Woche

Hotel en travaux , très vieillot pour les chambres on essaie de vous mettre face à une cage d escaliers la photo sur le balcon côté bâtiment il n y a plus de chaise longue comme pas de pièce en dessous du a des travaux qui commence de bonne heure ! Jusqu'au soir ! La piscine conseil mettais votre serviette de bonne heure sinon vous n avez pas de place ! Les chambres 👎 joint de fenêtres qui tombe coffre fort arraché du mur marbre de table cassé salle de bain attention à la brossé dans certaines chambres !! Ne tomber pas malade il essaie d escroqué ! A la tête du Clients j ai vue une fiche 360e french !! Bravo une honte Ne compter pas sur votre tout compris jus fruits 2 euro à la piscine si vous souhaitez des fraises indem !une seule fois servi au buffet👍pour les fraises sinon il faut payer! Dommage le personnel hors médecin enfin ....a voire franchement ! Très avenant ! Une chose ai sur le pire hôtel pour une semaine très heureuse d être rentré 👍 J ai effectué une réclamation pour exprimer tout les désagrément sur leur site!

Chambre standard certes mais avec vue sur un mur, et bruit extérieur relatif à la climatisation ! Une nourriture médiocre car cet hôtel est fréquenté par des russes et allemands . Plage proche mer très petite et cents la chasse aux chaises longues , il faut se lever à 6h pour avoir une chaise longue bien placée !

Honest review hopefully will help others from UK. Good stuff- location, staff,weather and hotel itself was immaculate. Bad stuff- literally full of Germans,even the staff spoke German, food aimed at Germans etc and Hughada as a whole was out numbered by Germans. The All Inclusive- hotel never told us the ice creams was in a fridge in the small bar next to the Carribian bar. Help yourself! If we knew we would have!!!!! Sunbeds- classic crap from the germans only they pay the towel men to reserve them sad twits, hotel need to sort this. Very little alcohol choice- bare in mind this is a Muslim country and no shops sell alcohol either. Hotel drinks was vile even the paper cup of froth they call beer. The Germans all took their own beer tankards and glasses. If you go I’d recommend you do the same. Food- diabolical again remember there is no pork so no bacon etc. only breakfast items which resembles English is fresh omelette. Lots of seafood if you like it. Menu was weird and this is the first holiday I struggled with food+drink. We opted to eat out at the Marina in the end which was cheap and a 5min taxi ride. Taxi 100 Egyptian pounds each way!!!!! Beds comfy, fresh daily, whole hotel really was immaculate. Small private beach, no large beach or prom in Hurghada. Would I go back- not to this hotel. Food+drink is a massive factor hence All Inclusive. And I feel very strongly the British were not catered for sadly.

We went in search of the Carribean Bar. The passageway leading to it from the main road was closed so we had to go through the hotel it's part of. that felt strange but the bar was good. It's built over the water and the views are great. Service was very good and friendly. Food looked good but we were only there for drinks which were also good. We would have visited again had our holiday been longer.

I am here atm and being irish I am the only 1 . I have met a very few English also . But the hotel itself is in the middle of the town so easy access to supermarket KFC and mc Donald's all only a walk away and the reason I chose this hotel. I have a lovely suit room which is massive for kids and the staff can't do enough for u. I noticed the waiters in restaurant unlike turkey are not getting tips or seeking them and I haven't felt under pressure to tip anyone only I do tip the man who cleans the room and he shows he is really appreciated by this . The food is also delicious! Every day is something new even lunch and evening meal is different. I will review again after home but so far so good .

Wat een heerlijk hotel is Bella Vista. Via Tui 8 dagen naartoe geweest en maar 964 euro betaald voor de hele reis en het verblijf. Het zwembad is verwarmd; heerlijk. Er zijn ruim voldoende ligbedden, maar zorg er wel voor dat je bijtijds handdoeken erop legt om ze te 'reserveren'. Want helaas doen veel mensen dat en zijn de beste zonneplekken snel weg. Het eten was heel goed met voor ieder wat wils, evenals de drankjes die inclusief waren. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Alles wordt prima schoon gehouden en het eten zeer hygiënisch klaargemaakt. Elke ochtend werd er een 'vergadering' gehouden op het terras bij de receptie van de afdelingshoofden om de dag voor te bereiden. Netjes hoor. Het hotel is wat ouder, maar wel goed onderhouden. Let op: er zit een leuke Caribean bar vlak bij het strand, maar de drankjes daar vallen niet onder het inclusief concept. Zorg dat je wat cash euro's bij je hebt voor fooien (als je die wilt geven). Je kunt die evt. wisselen voor Egyptische ponden, omdat het personeel dat anders moet doen. Let op: er is alleen, onbeveiligde, wifi bij de receptie die niet altijd even goed werkte als er veel mensen gebruik van maakten. En ik kwam niet op alle sites/apps omdat de wifo onbeveiligd was. We zagen veel mensen direct na aankomst op de luchthaven een SIM data kaart kopen om hier geen last van te hebben; wij wisten dat niet. We kregen eerst een kamer met uitzicht op een muur, maar konden deze (de volgende dag) ruilen voor een kamer met uitzicht op zee. Je kunt prima in zee zwemmen; er is een deel afgezet specifiek voor de hotelgasten. Al met al een aanrader; zeker voor dat geld!
