Empire Beach Aqua Park

Very nice all inclusive budget hotel. The best price quality ratio. Nice food, nice beach, all kind of drinks. Good day and night entertainment. Our small dauther was very happy with kids animation. Nemo is a wonderful animator for kids. Emy gave us very helpful advised and all the team are friendly. Waiting to come back

We had a wonderfull time in this hotel. Very nice beach. Food is very very tasty and healthy. Amazing animation team Emy , Neno, Nemo, Pepsi, Kimo, Mikky. They enterntain the tourist the whole day. I didnt even have time to swim because there was a lot of activities syretching, aquaaerobics, zumba and many many more. Thank you all guys. And Neno kid animator is amazing. Was with my small dauther every day. Shw loved her. And of course special thank you to my favorite manager who helped with everything we needed

Upon arrival staff advised us we had booked a standard room ,the reception asked us if we wanted to upgrade the room we declined . He insisted we see the standard room and the upgraded family room! He took us to our standard room and it was absolutely filthy the bed sheets was dirty the room was very unlivable to say the least and I felt disheartened that they could even let someone be in this room !!!! So we upgraded £15 for not much better beds dirty and stained , aircon leaking all over our things , door handles broken ,shower cubical dirty, very outdated room but we had to manage !now onto the food /drinks they give you 2 small bottles of water daily other than that you have to pay for it , other drinks coke / lemonade out of bottles and flat and didn’t taste right beer out of cans ! Food well nothing is English apart from the bread / salad , no chips at meal times (not ideal if you have kids ) unless they can eat pasta with tomato sauce on for the duration ! Pools very cloudy kids pools only turned on about 4pm for the slides sun lingers broken or just lay flat !the beach is beautiful plenty of areas to snorkel lovely guy on beach selling drinks and they was nice but £6 for iced coffee but it was worth it !! Excursions book outside hotel to the left discovery trips (highly recommend) all in all I’m not fussy and we have travelled around but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ! This hotel needs a serious revamp and improvements to food and drinks so they cater for more people and also the rooms and better maintenance / flies around food and when your eating also the birds just swoop down and eat off your plate with you this place I would say avoid until major improvements are made

Room not as showed in photos,charged 30 pounds for an upgrade but not much better,dirty bedding ,blood on bed,2 hand towels for after a shower which had blood stains on. Bathroom window hanging off cud not close,balcanony door wud not lock.rude staff and worst food you ave ever seen in ur life.perverted staff pretending to come in your room at midnite to give you water wen your in bed,did not feel safe and left the hotel after 1 nite when we was booked in for 10 days,do not go here or waste your money.

I looked through the reviews before booking this place and thought people must've been harsh or moaning - they weren't at all. I tried to be positive about this place but I'm shocked it is even open, let alone that it is advertised in holiday deals. I feel like i need to write this so no one else makes the mistake of booking this hotel. The only good thing about this place is the snorkelling trip to orange bay, which can be booked with the man who walks around at the beach. The staff on this trip were respectful, the scenery was stunning, the boat and equipment wereclean and the food was amazing. The hotel on the other hand, if I could I would give it no stars. From the beginning the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. The moment we arrived I was greeted by the 'security guard' who made remarks at me, then to follow the reception staff made me feel beyond uncomfortable with their gawking and questions about if I was married. I was prepared to experience this outside of the hotel but I was made to feel so unsafe that I didn't let my partner leave my side the entire holiday, not even in a locked room - I have solo-travelled before as a female and have never felt this unsafe and disgusted. We paid the extra for a 'sea view' which was nice when you looked past all the trees blocking the view. The room was foul, we pushed the two single beds together and uncovered floors that I don't think had ever been cleaned. There was dirt, hair, crumbs and other unidentifiable gunk. The bathroom was worse than what I imagine any public bathroom to be. The fridge was half frozen. The aircon rattled, the ceiling under it was sagging, and I don't believe it had ever been cleaned or serviced as it give us both a chest infection. We stayed for 7 nights and only had hot water for the last 2. The first night we didn't fuss as we got in at midnight and expected it may be warmer the following day, day 2 we showered before dinner and thought maybe everyone else was using it at the same time. Which now looking back, this is a hotel that shouldn't be the case anyway. We spoke to reception, he said he'd turn the boiler on for our room? Day 3 we went on a 21 hour trip to the pyramids and could no be bothered to complain further, we felt disgusting and were exhausted. Day 4 they told us they'd have someone look. Day 5, by this point we had NO water. We spoke to the manager and he said he'd have it fixed, we then went on the the safari and were covered in dust and sweat - still no hot water. We spoke to to manager again, he said give me more time - he had 8 hours since we spoke earlier and no one had looked it. He then sent a man with us who said he had to go look at something else and he'd be back soon - 40 minutes later no return. We now requested a new room - the reception staff and manager were so reluctant to give us a new room - you would've thought we were asking for their first born. Finally at 10pm or so we got a new room. Manager also told us he upgraded us - t

This hotel is very good for anything you need out of a holiday the staff are really friendly and helpful we have a large ground floor room just by the pool our room cleaner Khaled is brilliant the room is cleaned every day and smells great when we return he really can't do any more for us to make our stay even more enjoyable the food in the restaurant is good always hot and tge staff in there are always pleased to help you overall we recommend this hotel to you
