We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy. We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay.
