If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so.
Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations.
-Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste.
-Snacks and pizzas are so yummy.
-The hotel is nice and cozy.
-The views are relaxing.
-Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants.
-The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus.
-Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach.
Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋)

The room is not as good as the guest house. The price of 1300 a night can have more choices. The hotel's own clinic costs 300 euros for a visit. It is recommended to live in a better hotel. If it is not temporary, the hotel cannot be booked. don't live

The hotel very lovely , but surroundings not so. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff always cleaning and going the extra mile. All staff are amazing - some of the best are , Kazem, Ibrahim, Abd Elaziz, ahmed saied. They all go the extra mile , they hotspot us for data to watch football , they so friendly and treat us all amazing. The entertainment team were very good , Marwan, Katia, Mans, Ola, they friendly up for a good chat , and got everyone involved. They enjoyed playing cards with us on an evening. The only downside is the food , there is not much variety and no english food only chips , but Italian restaurant is great.

Nous terminons notre séjour de 2 semaines à l'Iberotel Casa Del Mar. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'hébergement : c'est un très bel hôtel, très propre. L'espace piscine est magnifique avec une piscine chauffée à 28°, c'est bien agréable ! Il y a également une petite plage à 300 mètres. La chambre est spacieuse et bien entretenue. Concernant les repas : les buffets sont variés et bons. Aux bars, un grand choix de cocktails qui sont bons, c'est assez rare en all-inclusive. L'ensemble du personnel est très attentionné, toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement le Directeur et Ahmed Youssef pour leurs délicates attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour spécial.

Недавно посетил отель и впечатления остались положительные! Модно зайти на второй отель где вы можете поплавать в открытом море. Также великолепные виды и просторные номера. Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. По поводу анимации, каждый день разные игры, а вечером вечерние шоу. Хочется поблагодарить аниматора Екатерину, очень позитивный и дружелюбный человек. Еда в ресторане разнообразная – каждый день новые блюда. Бассейны чистые, а территория ухоженная, что создает уютную атмосферу для отдыха. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет комфорт и расслабление! Обязательно вернусь!

Hôtel à taille humaine et convivial. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins , adapté adultes et enfants, piscine chauffée en hiver, animations en journée avec spectacle le soir, concert tous les soirs côté bar, buffet très bon et varié. Très bonne qualité hôtelière dans sa globalité. Bravo !!!
