Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). Just back from a 11 night stay at the iberotel casa del mar Hurghada, and wished that we had booked for longer,This resort is fabulous.Quick check in,cases taken to our room which was spotless,spacious, tea/coffee,toiletries,body lotion,hand/shower &shampoo tv etc,balcony facing the pools that are surrounded by well manicured gardens,plenty of sunbeds and comfortable seating areas. All staff are outstanding and work well together as a team ,they are smartly dressed very polite and wanting to make your stay enjoyable.Ahmed Saied in the lobby bar has our recommendation he was a great host and sure he'll go far.Outside the resort is the promenade with restaurants a few bars, shops etc.The private beach is a short walk, waiter service, a place to eat sunbeds, parasols looking over the calm red which is all-inclusive. Marine is about 15min and cost upto 10ep.Thank you to the entire team at the iberotel casa del mar for making our hoilday a hoilday to remember ,we enjoyed every minute and will be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joseph Williams is the best restaurant manager. Very eager to get feedback from the guest. We dnt eat meat and he went out of his way to make sure we had fish cooked fresh every day for us. Every day he comes over to us to make sure we are happy with the food. This is a man that clearly knows what it means to be a manager and to provide exceptional customer service. I would advice anyone that is not happy with the food to speak to him instead of putting a bad review. Joseph Williams cares n wants everyone to have a great experience in his restaurant.

Wow ! What a beautiful Hotel . I highly recommend this , staff couldn’t do enough for us .. I loved it and I will be returning next year . There was just a little down full for me I didn’t feel the lady at reception wasn’t very helpful . I went to her serval time and basically didn’t get any where with her .
