This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. There were cockroach-like bugs in the room, similar to the ones in the movie The Mummy, which was scary. After talking to the front desk. The front desk manager actually told me that this is normal, and there is no guarantee that there will be no room change, because this is in the desert. Very speechless. I lived in it and sprayed insecticide directly. The main thing is the poor service attitude.

Excellent staff food and pool areas,beach very nice plenty of sunbeds sea was clean and clear pools were fantastic,pool staff the best,bars were great and the restaurants were really good,Food was really good and the waiters were simply very good,the entertainment was ok but could be better

We returned here after having a relaxed stay last year and this year was much of the same. We wanted for nothing, the waiting staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Chefs saw to our every request without question. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay yet again.

Beste Hotel. Ich hab sehr schöne Urlaub gehabt von Empfang. Bis ende mein Urlaub Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . ich Reise alleine aber in diesem Hotel fühle ich mich nie alleine Ich freue mich jetzt schon für mein nächste Urlaub im März.

Это самый прекрасный отель, где мы отдыхали с мужем в Хургаде, прекрасная анимация, вся команда чудесная, а это Микки, Кейт, Сэм, Турбо, Амира, Эстель, Робин, Дженни, Даша, Борто, Кения, отдыхаем здесь уже третий раз и обязательно вернёмся ещё. Большая территория, прекрасная кухня, замечательное море, на пляже отеля предлагают прекрасные поездки на багги и квадроциклах, а также здесь прекрасный дайвинг центр, с ребятами ездили на самый чудесный снорклинг, советуем всем. Спасибо большое всем, обязательно вернёмся сюда! Здесь самая прекрасная Animation Team!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Leckeres Essen jeden Tag frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal jeglicher Art sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gegeben sich sehr viel Mühe den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich war schon 5 mal hier und komme gerne wieder. Besonders viel Mühe gegeben hat sich Mickey vom animations Team daher nochmal besonderen Dank an ihn. :)
