This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. There were cockroach-like bugs in the room, similar to the ones in the movie The Mummy, which was scary. After talking to the front desk. The front desk manager actually told me that this is normal, and there is no guarantee that there will be no room change, because this is in the desert. Very speechless. I lived in it and sprayed insecticide directly. The main thing is the poor service attitude.

The hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic, you couldn’t want more. The only thing we missed was the welcome from Emad on the reception, he wasn’t on duty that day, he always gave such a great welcome every time we were at the hotel. We liked the place and the people so much that we have booked already for next year.

Wir waren in einem sehr schönen, modern ausgestatteten Zimmern mit Meerblick untergebracht. Es war sehr sauber und das Mobiliar war neu. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verpflegung im Hotel, Strand oder am Pool war hervorragend. Die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Unterhaltungsprogramm war sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Kurz gesagt , es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen können und wir einen weiteren Aufenthalt planen. Danke für die schönen Augenblicke und die tolle Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Land .

Pros: - amazing staff - beautiful resort - relaxed atmosphere - Spa was lovely - very comfortable bed!!! - Vista Mare restaurant is incredible Cons (may be down to time of year): - drinks service around the pools in slow - but there was just one guy doing all the pools and he was lovely! - don't think the shops in the hotel will be less pushy because it's attached - VERY pushy and VERY expensive. Tips: - ask for a red flag from the pool huts, to stop the reps from hard selling you on the spa and excursions. - don't overlook the bar upstairs attached to vista mare, there's pool tables and darts etc but it is a bit hidden! And not advertised enough - bring snacks with you if you want them, there's not alot available between meals, and the shop is VERY expensive. - it is mostly German tourists, if you want to engage in the activities the staff will all be speaking German!

This hotel is wonderful. There are a selection of pools depending on if you want it quiet or a bit more lively, and they are spotlessly clean. There is never a shortage of sun beds and umbrellas, and the pool staff can’t do enough for you, including a sun bed drink delivery service and cold fragranced flannels when it’s super hot. The bedrooms are top class, and the beds huge and as comfortable as the ones we’ve stayed in at the Savoy, the pillows are puffs of luxury and we’ve never slept so well on holiday. There are staff everywhere to help you. Particular thanks from us to Abu Al Hussein at the pool and Amen in the Italian and main restaurant. Food is mainly excellent, particularly the pasta, salads, breads, soups and desserts, but be prepared that they are serving local traditional main meals on the whole for mains. There are healthy options if you have limited taste or allergies. It’s right on the beach with yet more unlimited sunbeds and wind breakers, along with a professionally run dive school. We’ve had an amazing week.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jedenfalls wieder. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit sehr viel grün. Das Essen ist gut man merkt das man sich auf Deutsche Urlauber einstellt. ( tolle Brotsorten das gab es bis jetzt in keinem anderen Hotel) 👍
