Excellent service, super clean and well-kept garden. Rooms were comfortable and large. Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful

Excellent hote. It is far from the city center and because of that you have slightly higher prices for entertainment outside the hotel.
The atmosphere and animation are excellent.
The beach is average. The food is excellent.

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

The location of Tropitel was very good. The food was extremly diverse and serving was amazing . Mohammed Samy the best waiter ever he made our vacation and gaved us more than we needed in the main restaurant. Customer service was very carreful with us. Rooms If You want will be cleaned daily. Atmosphere was very peacefully and a lot of comedy shows and games on the beach daily has been arranged.. Cleanliness 10/10. Very pleasant Holiday ! Many thanks to Mohammed Samy from the main restaurant. Great vacation we warmly recommend Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with several negative experiences I encountered during my recent stay at your esteemed hotel, which significantly affected the level of comfort I expected. The issues are as follows: 1. There was a noticeable delay in the response from the reception staff, which unnecessarily prolonged the check-in process. 2. There was no staff member assigned to escort me to my room, and as a result, I got lost inside the hotel for over fifteen minutes before finding my room. 3. The air conditioner in the room was making loud and disturbing noises, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. 4. The Wi-Fi was not working, and although I contacted the person responsible, no one came to follow up or solve the issue.
