Excellent service, super clean and well-kept garden. Rooms were comfortable and large. Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful

Excellent hote. It is far from the city center and because of that you have slightly higher prices for entertainment outside the hotel.
The atmosphere and animation are excellent.

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

Super hôtel avec un club Coralia très à l'écoute des clients. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse grâce à l'équipe Coralia de cet hôtel. Nino et Monty étaient très présents et ont partagé avec nous des supers moments. Quel bonheur de communiquer en français avec des personnes aussi gentilles dans un pays non francophone. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y retournerons volontiers !!

Came here as a family of 6 with two children aged 7&9 and everything the children wanted to do cost an extra money, candy floss extra, bouncy castles extra, popcorn extra. There may be 5 restaurants but 3 of them are also extra cost. We wanted to watch football in the sky lounge bar only to be told children can’t go and was also an extra charge. My son is football mad so this was a big disappointment. We found the mermaid bar which had sports on only to be told that children had to stay outdoors in 35 degree heat were as indoors is fully air conditioned. Considering both sky lounge bar and mermaid bar were both deserted probably because of this reason, it’s ridiculous as a hotel who claim to be family friendly why they don’t jus let them be available for all to enjoy. An all inclusive should be exactly that, all inclusive not charges for anything children want to do knowing that most likely we will have to pay. The food is hurrendous of a night, I am not a picky eater but I could not find one thing that looked appetising. The childrens corner had 3 trays and once it was gone it was gone was never refilled. There was no pizzas, burgers nothing like that so found it very stressful in the evenings trying to get them to eat anything at all. The only thing edible of a morning was the omlettes because they was made fresh, everything else was cold and never fresh food brought out you could see they’d been sitting there for a long while. Plus sides are the entertainment was great of a night although made to sit on bean bags to watch and we had my mother with us who’s had a hip replacement it just wasn’t comfortable at all.
