After we didn't get the room we had booked a week before (see other review), everything worked out this time and our expectations were met. It is particularly worth mentioning that we were given an extremely late check-out as a small apology for the misery before. Praiseworthy!

1- you are not able to find the parking inside the hotel, which is tagged as 5 star without parking
2- we are going to change the room type from double to single room, and you are enabled to change on the hotel: asking us to change from booking and booking said contact hotel
3- the hotel is Very noisy with party till late night
4- if you lost your card you are asked to pay 500 EGP per card and actually we are only given 4 cards for 5 person,

An excellent hotel, clean, many facilities and remarkably friendly staff. Many catering options with a wide choice of drinks and snacks. The meals are extensive and well prepared. The least attractive are the guests. Usually older to very old guests with an abundance of tattooed types. In general, the guests did not make me very cheerful.
