酒店位置不錯，外出方便，側門過個小馬路就是購物中心，超市餐飲和葯房、各種商店都有；內部的設施齊全、海灘景觀也好。餐品水準都不錯，甜點優秀。健身房景觀很棒，愉快燃燒卡路里。如次日需早起外出還可提早一天預訂打包早餐盒，分量很足。

酒店總體來説挺好，唯獨有一點不滿意，這個酒店明明是包免費早餐的，不知道是酒店還是攜程誠心，偏説早餐要600埃磅，進去根本沒人管，查了攻略也是這麼説的，而且進去給了我三張卡，退房偏要説4張卡，辦入住也是先緊着白人半，反正多少有點歧視，早晨總體來説還可以，晚餐自助餐倆人刷卡也就不到300總體還可以，旁邊的超市沒太多種類，酒店裡吃就行，裏面也可以用自助機器還錢

其他的咱不説大牌子肯定不會錯，但入住是埃及行最差的一次體驗，辦理入住花了一個小時，訂的高級海景房，第一次給了我園景房，帶我們去不拿行李説給送，走半路又回去拿，把人涼半路在那曬，轉半天到了發現不是訂的房間，去找前台，又給了我們一個3樓，大堂在4樓，3樓還是看不到什麼海，也能給我叫海景房，又去找掰扯半天才給了我們7樓，明明7樓有房間還讓我們來回折騰，搬行李的小哥也不耐煩，第一次讓我感受到大家説的歧視中國人了，畢竟99%的都是歐美人，可能也不想搭理我們，也不能延遲退房，反正除了入住其他還行

我在攜程的第一個差評就給這家酒店了。我在赫爾格達三晚住了三家酒店。這家最差入住後沒有帶領，找了半天才找到我的房間；房間衞生差，床單都有臟污印記，，房間一大股消毒水思維。床品看着也很low，後悔死了定這家。大堂看出去的風景還是不錯的。
