Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food.
When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa
were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both.
The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say.
Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed.
Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down.
In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help.
Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat.
Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool.
No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive.
As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

The type of room was different from the reservation at first, but after unfolding the luggage, they prepared the reserved room. The response from the older female staff was very good. The number of towels, water, and bathrobes were not prepared for the number of people. It would have been better if there was a Japanese-speaking staff. Also, the front desk is far away. They also provide lunch boxes. Please note that dinner closes at 18:00. I checked the app and it was dinner time from 19:00, but it was closed at 18:00. I asked to take a picture and they didn't believe me, but the dinner staff also told me that they close at 19:00. It was a pity that the hotel was very good because the time for dinner was a little longer and what the app and the hotel said was different. The hotel was really nice. First of all this is one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever been . I would like to thank the front office manager Mr.Ahmed for his nice room upgrade and the fruit basket , and Mr.karim from reception they were very welcoming . Secondly , the restaurants were very plentiful and the food was tasty . Special thanks for lobby bar staffs particularly Mr.amr and Mr.mostafa

Общая территория отеля расположена на двух линия. На первой и второй через дорогу. И в номерах которые расположены на второй линии в 2023 году проводилась реновация. В номерах на первой линии реновацию проводили в 2020 году. Частично обновлены и публичные зоны отеля. На второй линии находятся номера категории Premium и все Family Suite а на первой линии Premium. Мы останавливались на второй линии и дорога на пляж нас не особо напрягало. Занимает по времени мало. Даже плюс небольшая приятная прогулка по красивой территории. Дорога не напрягала. В номерах хорошее наполнение. По запросу предоставят тапочки и халаты. В нормах и на всей территории есть бесплатный интернет. Все включено действует с 10,00 до 24,00 В наличии местный премиум алкоголь. Импортный алкоголь за доплату. На завтрак подают бсеплатный фреш. Есть шесть а ля карт ресторанов и все они доступны на обед и ужин. Без лимитное посещение, без предварительной записи. Но суши бар платный. В отеле имеется шесть бассейнов. Один крытый и пять открытых. Также есть три горки для взрослых и семь горок для детей. Для детей есть мини клуб, детская площадка, мини диско. Бесплатное мороженое. За доплату предоставят услуги няни. Анимация достаточно активная. В команде восемь человек. Развлекают на пляже и у бассейна. А также устраивают вечерние шоу. Анимация проводится на первой линии. Если отдыхаете с детьми то из экскурсий рекомендую взять Гранд Аквариум и Мини Египет экскурсии не утомительные все по месту. Также можно поехать в Каир. Мы экскурсии приобретали в местном агентстве desertsoul.online копируете в любой поисковик и сразу найдете их сайт. Организовано у них все просто замечательно и очень хорошие цены. Особенно поездка в Каир мы дешевле не нашли не у кого. У отеля очень хороший песчаный пляж. Пологий заход. Отель очень понравился. И пусть он не новый, но это очень достойный, ухоженный, номера после ремонта. Питание достойная, территория ухоженная, зеленая и цветущая. И расположен отель в центре города. Вся инфраструктура рядом. Качество того что отель предоставляет превосходит его стоимость.

Hotel stupendo! La struttura è tenuta bene, pulita e ristrutturata. Camere ampie, letti molto comodi e grandezza del resort adeguata per una famiglia, non è dispersivo. Piscine pulite e servizio di salvataggio non solo in piscina, ma anche in spiaggia. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile, sempre attenti a soddisfare le richieste del cliente e farlo sentire in vacanza. La formula all inclusive comprende anche bevande analcoliche in tutti i bar ad ogni ora della giornata e in serata; l’accesso a tutti i loro ristoranti, non solo quello principale, anche 4 sulla spiaggia. Vivamente consigliato il Lagoona con menù di pesce. Complimenti a tutti gli chef, buon cibo e grande varietà. I giardinieri si prendono molta cura dei giardini, prato soffice e fiorito. Ottimo staff in tutto l’hotel, tutti molto cordiali. Ottima esperienza, vivamente consigliato a chi vuole trovare divertimento e servizio impeccabile. L’aeroporto dista 10 minuti in auto e fuori dal resort ci sono negozietti per souvenir. Ottima posizione!
