Great hotel, extremely diverse and excellent food. The staff is also very very nice! There is a golf course and a quad biking center nearby as well. I recommend !

This bad review is for Ahmed at the front desk. We booked two nights. When we arrived at the room, we found that the air conditioner in the room did not cool. This was mine 2nd visit to the hotel in the last year. The first time was a pleasant experience for me and my family. We book the same this year 2 apartments . Which should have been the same as last year Double and Single bed in each apartment. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and to our dismays there was no single beds in any of the 2 rooms. The porter said he will get the beds in 10 minutes took a tip of £10 ( due to he did not take coins) and never return. Me and the wife ended up sleeping on the couch with no covers or sheets for 2 nights. We complains for 2 days and was informed that hotel was too busy so they could not deal with our request. The wife was issue with a sofa bed but the mattress was too thin but they rectify that on the 3rd day with a thicker mattress. The hotel reception staff was very poor for dealing with queries and request even when making me a Al le carte meal at the site Asian restaurant was wrong. They book it’s for 9pm and while eating I was told to not order any more food due to the staff wanted to finish early. To be honest I found the waiters, bar staff , the entrainment team and pool staff very committed and helpful. Just the sleeping arrangements at the start of the holidays which I must say spoiled my family holiday. Finally don’t pick any excursions with the Ramisafara which are based at the beach . I had to put back an excursion due to the wife not being well. I was told to re book which I did but they never turn up. I had to go down to the beach to the office make sure they turn up. I would advised to book any trips through your reps.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, sollten renoviert werden. Sonst ist die Hotelanlage, der Strand und das Aquapark sehr schön. Absolut zu empfehlen!!

Where do I begin, we came here for an 11 night stay the first we got there the hotel reception staff who where on where a great help, made us feel welcome and helped us with our luggage to our room it was amazing so far and then we had trouble with our room but it wasn’t the hotels fault it was who we booked it through (easyjet) but the front of house manager helped us massively and give us a room upgrade which was perfect for 3 adults. Overall the hotel is average at best, the food is not very much selection especially for us British people as I know it’s an international buffet but for United Kingdom 9/10 all there was with our flag was “roasted chicken” which it very ideal. We didn’t feel very happy in the main restaurant as the staff never came over to us and asked us if we would like a drink or anything like that even though they were doing it all over people the whole time we were there. The positive side to us being there was the outstanding bar man Ali he was the bestest bar man we ever could of asked for he always went above and beyond for us and made us feel very welcome always made sure we had everything we needed and more. He was honestly an amazing man and now friend for life and we were so happy he made our time there very barable especially with everything else wasn’t going good for us. The only things that I would like to say is that we were very unhappy with your assistant front of house manager, every time we dealt with him he was very rude and not a nice person to deal with, we dealt with him on several occasions and he never was nice to us or was friendly or helped us in anyway he would just ignore anything we asked or needed and just didn’t care about our issues we were dealing with. That’s probably the most terriblest customer service experience I have ever encountered and that honestly made our stay go from good till bad, he really does ever need to be retrained or demoted from his position as I don’t want other customers to feel like we have staying there with him working on the desk. Overall experience staying here if it wasn’t for the manager helping us with our issues at the start and getting them fixed and our amazing bar man Ali we probably wouldn’t of stayed in the resort for the period of the holiday so them both thank you very much for all your help.

Hotel war an für sich klasse waren 10 Tage hier und ich hab jeden genossen. Das Buffet war sehr lecker und es gab jeden Tag was neues. Abends gab es gute Unterhaltung durch die tanzenden animatöre und live musik und jeder der angestellten war super nett und freundlich. Weiterzuempfehlen

schöne kleine Anlage mit sehr guten Service und mit großen ABER! Zimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden; an der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern sollte sich ebenfalls dringend was ändern. Essen ist leider sehr eintönig, super wenig Auswahl und wir haben es nicht vertragen. Fazit: Es gibt bessere Hotels von Jaz Gruppe

Amazing hotel! Special thankyou to Kareem our lovely housekeeper who was always on hand to help with a smile and kept our room Immaculate! Ali the barman who served us in the evening and also on cocos beach bar while covering he was the best! Mohammed the lifeguard always helpful and with a smile. Amir was another great barman whenever we went into have our food. The hotel is lovely, very quiet though. The food was okay as well the drinks could be more variety especially on the cocktails maybe frozen one or pornstar Martinies? Not many children about at this hotel so could be a problem if your child likes to mix. Could also maybe have some music on if a day time and also an evening for some atmosphere? Staff make this hotel there all amazing and super friendly! Lovely stay

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a special experience. The staff greeted us warmly, offering a seamless check-in. And staff helping us with the baggage etc. Had a few issues when we got our room not due to hotel but the travel agent. The hotel has since rectified the problem 😁 What really sets this hotel apart is the service. Every team member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Ali ( the bar tender) who always made the stay enjoyable and a laugh and Muhammad (front of house manger) for their communication and stirring the problems that we encountered. The amenities were top-notch: the pool area was pristine and peaceful, they had 2 pools one to relax and the other for some entertainment. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—close to major attractions, but still a quiet retreat at the end of the day. One bonus is you get unlimited access to Egypts largest water park. We’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this one does truly stands out for its blend of Egyptian culture, and genuine hospitality. Only criticism is that the food and drink selection options could be slightly better, that being said, the bar staff will always try to make you the drink you want (or surprise you) 😁. A suggestion for the drinks menu would be to be able to make frozen daiquiris. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
