As a result, Ahmed was even angrier than us? It was as if we made unreasonable demands? He told us in a very tough attitude that this was the only small room left. We went to see the room, which was much smaller than what we booked. We said we didn’t like it. If we booked a small room, would the price difference be refunded? The arrogant Ahmed immediately said that it had nothing to do with him. We were deadlocked at the front desk. At this time, Ahmed suddenly made an impatient phone call. A few minutes later, he told us that there was another room and asked us to go and see it. His attitude was extremely bad and commanding. It was funny. I don’t understand why he had such an unreasonable attitude? And we were told that there were only small rooms, but after we refused, the same room type suddenly became available? This is very interesting 😁, the matter did not end here. When we checked out, he actually took out a satisfaction form for us to fill out. After we refused, while waiting for the car, his colleagues knew that Ahmed had caused us many dissatisfactions. I would like to thank Mohamed here. He tried to solve this matter and asked Ahmed to come out to explain the reason, but it is obvious that Ahmed has his own personal qualities? He actually came out to question us why we were not satisfied? This is really too funny..., external cars need to contact the front desk, that is, Ahmed, to enter the hotel, but he did not tell us about this. Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage. Sehr netter Service und wirklich gutes Essen. Sehr gute Animation und es sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Hervorheben möchte ich Bogy and Bob and all staff from the restauant and bar. Rezeption ist außergewöhnlich!

Sehr gutes Hotel, sehr leckeres Essen, die Vielfalt ist nicht sehr groß, aber es wird wie zu Hause gekocht, lecker und hochwertig, große geräumige Zimmer, zwei Pools, freundliches Personal, gutes Animationsteam,die Jungs sind freundlich und freundlich , im Allgemeinen setze ich eine hohe Punktzahl

Идеальное место для спокойного отдыха, то что мы хотели, даже при полной заполняемости тут нет толпы народу, все тихо, спокойно, размеренно, есть анимация, вечерние шоу, скучать не придется. Персонал весь очень дружелюбный и услужливый, Анастасии отдельное спасибо за ее заботу и помощь, а как она быстро переключается с одного языка на другой разговаривая с разными туристами почти одновременно, это просто выше всех похвал. В общем она поможет с любым вопросом! А мы обязательно вернемся
