The hotel service is very good. The lobby manager and waiters are very friendly. We will provide us with lunch after dinner. The room facilities are very good, and the beach is also very fun. It is very suitable for couples and friends to play together.

Normal budget hotel, but now they close one pier on the beach and beach is full, there are no free beach chair. Even it’s good if you can find one chair, because after midday there are no free beach chair at all. We are family and my husband sit on the beach on the one side, me on the another side of the beach. There are not normal. Not recommended

Я с ребенком прилетела вечером.На ресепшене меня отвели в грязную коморку и сказали-вот Ваш номер,я была в ужасе, сказали хочешь хороший номер плати 20 евро.Пришлось платить,только после этого дали хороший номер.Причем проделывают этот фокус со всеми русскими туристами.В остальном отель был неплох.У нас был очень поздний вылет ,так нас накормили не только обедом,но и ужином. Здесь я хочу написать о турагенте Анекс-тура,Махмуде.На встрече он сразу, не объяснив какие услуги я могу получить от отеля,начал навязывать экскурсии.Причем запугивал,что если я куплю у других туроператоров-то страховка действовать не будет,хотя тут же оговорился что в любом случае если я заболею,сломаю ногу или ещё что-либо произойдет,то услуги врача оплачиваются отдельно.Страховка только для европейцев действует.Со мной на встрече были другие отдыхающие,так он обращался со всеми по хамски,тыкал им,когда понял что никто не собирается у него ничего покупать.Под конец встречи кидал бумаги,что-то говорил по арабски/матерился,проклинал/ и харкнул на пол.Было очень не приятно.Оказалось ,что он мстительный человек -в день отлета так и не вывесил расписание когда нас заберет автобус,пришлось узнавать в отеле у менеджера.

It's not my first time here but this time it's the last time I will come here I'm almost everyday I go to dream beach with my wife and everyday I can easy change the towel without no problem But everytime they accept to change the towel because my wife go to change it but this time I go as a Egyptian to change my towel they say to me no not allowed for Egyptian to change the towel so you can change the towel for my wife because she is not Egyptian and for me you can't change the towel I asked to pay extra for a new towel even whatever how much is going to be and the towel guy was rude to me and tell me it's not my problem go fix your problem in the bar or reception and he is a really rude and bad and when I did say I will write a comment on tripadvisor everyone get scared and after this they want change my towel why I have to write a comment or go to reception for this towel guy can't even work in a hotel how they accept him to work here his name is ( Hani Ahmed ) And he was acting like he is the general manager and when I did go to reception I find out that he did lie to me

Не торопитесь покупать экскурсии у Махмуда!!! Этот наглый обманщик продает в 2 раза дороже, прикрывается положительными отзывами( которые накручены и лживы), предлагает якобы скидку 75%- но это обман! Покупали у него дайвинг- разочаровались, т.к. по факту программа была другой, нежели изначально договаривались с Махмудом. В интернете могли бы эту же программу купить в два раза дешевле!!! При заезде в отель будьте готовы заплатить 20 долларов носильщику чемоданов за нормальную комнату. В сейфе тоже небезопасно оставлять деньги. Доверия к сотрудникам отеля нет.
