Very good and clean

It's good that it's close to the airport, but there are no Asians, only Westerners, so if an Asian goes there, they stare at you a lot. It's rude. I don't want to go there again.

The worst hotel experience ever. 1. When I checked in, they said there was a problem with the reservation information and made me wait for almost an hour. 2. They didn’t even have conditioner. When I asked for toothbrushes and slippers, they said they didn’t have any and didn’t give them to me (although most Egyptian hotels are like this, ordinary hotels will give them to you if you ask for them, not to mention that they call themselves four-star hotels). 3. The staff kicked you out when you were playing with your phone right after breakfast, saying that you can only eat in the restaurant and can’t sit and play with your phone. 4. When I checked out, they said it was no problem. I walked to the door to call a taxi, but they called me back and said they needed to check the room and asked me to wait for 15 minutes! Why didn’t you tell me earlier? 5. I lost my room card when I went out to play, and I got a new one when I went back that day. They didn’t say anything and insisted on paying me $25 for the card when I checked out! I was in a hurry to leave to catch my flight, so I didn’t make a fuss. In short! A very bad experience, it felt like racism, there were many people from other countries in the hotel, and basically no Asians

Het is een mooi aangelegd park met vele glijbanen en heerlijk eten, de meeste baden zijn verwarmd en dus voor jong en oud altijd wat te zwemmen. De animatie is leuk met de kinderen en doen hun best het je naar hun zin te maken. Voor ons de 2e keer nu

Kamers zijn netjes vriendelijk animatie team, & personeel.. zwembaden schoon , leuke glijbanen.. veel activiteiten... veel zwembaden. Lekker weer. Vooral emy is erg lief met kinderen, en de mini disco is altijd heel erg leuk.voor de kindjes
