Big room but no elevator to access it. Bed too soft.

Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

Really good hospitality and food, great scenery. The entertainment is really fun and gets you to participate. Chloe from entertainment was really interactive and polite. Would recommend. Great features like the pool and bar make the place feel really comfortable and would come again.
