Awesome hotel! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the buffet restaurant is very large and there are many things, and in addition to the main restaurant for dinner there are 7 different restaurants to order, and the all-inclusive cost is very worry-free. Many Russians come to vacation, and the hotel's private beach can snorkel and see a lot of fish. In short, very satisfied, next time I go to the Red Sea for vacation, I will choose this hotel!

The unexpected surprise was really great, a huge resort, all meals included, and free flow at the bar in addition to bottled wine. With the invincible sea view and the interior view of the resort, the key is to really relax and no longer have to fight with wits to guard against scams:)

hotel is definitely 4 stars , infrastructure , furnishing., maintenance , layout , design of the hotel space are faraway less than comparative Aqua magic . however it provides : 1- front office staff are very persistent to grab customer survey for higher rating .it's not wonder to be trip rated with such front office staff attitude . and they can get the higher rates form every department in the hotel . this hotel has selective staff in.every place dedicate to customers satisfaction and to make the customer happy with her exception of the reservation manager whom don't have the basics of knowledge to take Care of customer. I will come to that later with details 2- the quality and variety of food is 5 stars 3- the existence of both the aqua fun and the amusement park makes guests occupied all.the time without a time to feel bored for.a.minute . 4-'this beach area is only good for sightseeing no reAl enjoy that sea swim 5- the animation team is similar to the hotel staff . they are amazing . 6- the air condition is very weAk and I am.it sure what Will be the situation in July / August when the heat wave hits hard . 7- this hotel is very nice for a medium quality holidays . and I.Will.sure to come back if price is reasonable ------- I booked a room for 90$ during the Muslim feast Eid elfetr june2019 using trip.com but the hotel reservation manager asked enjoy to pay an extra 200$ because this room.rate is exclusive for German guests not for Egyptian it's ok with me I can understand that certain travel agent can get the Low price rooms but what I don't understand is the way the reservation acted to.My request to cancel the reservatik. free of charge for 2 days there was begotten on how to deal with the issue and the Trip.com staff did what they can to locate the problem which apparently was hidden in.the contract of sun hotels the agent for this type of rooms for Germans . but the reservation manage refused to give any documents to denounce my check in at this rate for being Egyptian . in brief this hotel is very attractive to.German nationals at a rate of 90$/night and it's exceptionally over priced for Egyptian customers at 4000 Egp per night . more over the hotel Will.not try to solve the problem for the guest which arises for some contract between the hotel and the provider it's like reserve at your own risk trip.com has done amazing job I was so appreciate to spend all.that time with the staff in.London and China .which could have been saved if the hotel reply in distraught manner to the customer request to clarify that nationality issue dear Germans sun hotels customers You got the good deal 90$/ night makes this hotel lucrative .

The location and outdoor environment are very good, but the room is too shabby. The plug of the wash basin broke on the first night and someone came to repair it. The air conditioner leaked on the second night and it leaked again in the middle of the night. The shower water was not hot. One of the bedside lamps was broken because it was a power problem rather than a bulb. I was too lazy to fix it. The buffet restaurant is very crowded every day, mostly German tourists. The staff is OK, but not bad. The only advantage is that the sea view is beautiful and it is only a few steps away from the beach. The room staff is very nice and even made towels for us.

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

The room is large and is a separate small suite. There will be golf carts going to and from the main entrance, and every service staff driving them is very nice, chatting with us and introducing hotel attractions. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool are very beautiful, and the food is delicious. The chef saw that we are Chinese and specially made Chinese fried noodles for breakfast, which was very considerate. The house keeping staff stacked different little animals for us every day, which was very interesting.

The bathroom in the room is very large, and the water flow is also very strong. It is very convenient to wash the sand after going out to sea. The hotel food is much better than the popular Castle Hotel and Sunrise Hotel where I stayed in the next few days!!! But the price is only half of theirs, there are many swimming pools, much more than the other two hotels, and there is also a wave pool. Except that the hotel and restaurant environment is not as good as the castle hotel for taking pictures, everything else is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic, there is no discrimination at all, and they are very friendly to Chinese people. The hotel's restaurant that needs to be booked is a bit troublesome, so I only ate at the buffet restaurant, which has more food varieties than the castle hotel! Great value for money!!!

The rooms seem to need renovation. The cleanliness of the general areas of the hotel is good. A hotel that offers many amenities. Most of the dishes are suitable for Turkish palate.
