Everything was great. They were very friendly and helped you with everything. It's a bit far from the centre, but it's great. Incredible views and a tranquillity that you wouldn't have in the centre.
If I had to say something, the breakfast could be better. We never managed to get our fried eggs right.

Fantastic place to stay with amazing views, staff and service. Also enjoyed the free bikes and being able to rent a motorbike and go on the cave tours. The staff made everything easy and were very kind!

L’accoglienza di questa famiglia è meravigliosa. La struttura è molto curata, con una splendida vista circondata dalla campagna a perdita d’occhio. Rimarrete incantati dalla piscina, da dove si può osservare il verde di Phong Nha National Park e i bufali al pascolo. Vi consigliamo di prendere le loro bici e andare verso Duck Spot, si passa attraverso i villaggi e i sorrisi dei bimbi vi conquisteranno. La nostra camera (5) al primo piano aveva una splendida vista e un gradevole terrazzino, molto spaziosa e funzionale. I pasti sono ottimi e preparati con passione e prodotti di qualità. Per la colazione potrete scegliere dal menu quello che preferite senza limiti, piatti generosi e gustosi. Nell’area comune acqua e coffe maker free. Ci siamo affidati a loro per il tour Paradise and Dark cave (che consigliamo, location affascinanti e divertenti) ed entrambi i transfer dall’aeroporto e verso Hue, tutto organizzato in modo efficiente e sicuro. Nostro figlio ha adorato il biliardo, come suggerimento potreste tenere una bicicletta per bambini (9-10anni), quelle in dotazione sono troppo grandi; per i più piccoli invece ci sono già i seggiolini. Grazie ancora per la vostra ospitalità!

This property is gorgeous, a hidden gem for sure. The staff are super friendly and so sweet. Our room and bed was very clean and Comfortable. The dining in house has amazing options, food was delicious. I highly recommend!!!

The best accommodation and kitchen in Phong Nha! We were for two nights and enjoyed a lot! A place you feel comfortable and don’t want to leave. ✔️The food was delicious including the Vietnam cuisine 🥘🍜🍲🍝🍱and also the western food🍔🍟🍕☺️ ✔️Hospitality 200% they help us to pick us up from the bus and also make us a ride on their scooters to take the bus the last day. ✔️Super kind people, the owners and staff. They help us to organize a great tour 7km in the caves. ✔️The swimming pool 🏊♀️ was great I was able to make my training (4k) also my man was able to run saved in the surroundings( 24k). ✔️ They have a pool table 😍 so we could spend the time really entertained. The personal experience was very special, the type of place you want to come back!

Ik sluit mij volledig aan bij de voorgaande positieve referenties van dit hotel. Drie nachten verbleven en zowel ontbijt als diner gebruikt. Eten is heerlijk en tegen nette prijzen. Vooraf hadden wij vervoer vanaf het treinstation geregeld via het hotel en twee tours. Alles ging prima, ook vooraf prettige communicatie. De tour door de grotten deden wij in een groep. De tour door het nationale park (wat een pittige trekking is als je fit niet gewend bent) prive. Ook de (gratis) hotelfietsen hebben wij naar tevredenheid kunnen gebruiken.

Un lieu charmant, literie exceptionnelle, tours proposés à tester absolument ! Une cuisine délicieuse. Un petit homestay , comme un hôtel mais où l’on se sent comme chez soi. Ils sont adorables et nous ont même préparé un sac petit déjeuner pour notre départ très tôt. Un seul regret , ne pas y être resté plus longtemps.

Karst villas are run by a beautiful family who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The villas are located a short drive outside of Phong Nha town in a peaceful area surrounded by farmland. The room was basic but had everything we needed, and we found it very comfortable. The kitchen is open early until late and the food was excellent. Our stay here was made extra special by the lovely staff who we found friendly and helpful at all times. We’re so glad we booked here, we had a wonderful time.
