Days Inn by Wyndham Humble/Houston InterContinental Airport

*A very dirty and poorly maintained room* Booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and the shopping area. Two queen beds, one night. Room 217 We have never expected to come across a hotel room this dirty and unmainatined. Our unpleasant findings: 1. At the moment we got into the room we sensed a strong marij*ana smell. 2. The white bedlinnen in one of the beds had blue stains. The second bed had human body hairs inside the "clean sheets", black tiny animals and pink stains on the pillow covers. 3. The room rood had brownish liquid spills marks all the way to the bottom. 4. the floors were feeling greasy when we walked over. 5. the bathroom had dead bugs under the sink. (roaches) 6. the bathroom had graffiti on the wall under the sink. 7. the mirror on the bottom right corner had marks of white liquid drippings. 8. the refrigerator top was very dirty with food stains. 9. the room tv cupboard had a missing door and that door was found leaning on the kitchen. We reported this at the reception desk, and showed the photos to the employee there. He redirected us to the manager who was not present at that moment. The manager contacted us via phone lcall and offered a full refund of our money. This hotel needs an urgent deep inspection and a cleanup to show they do care about their reputation and service to their costumers.

Low budget motel on a deserted street 15 minutes from IAH airport. Check in person sits behind plexiglass barrier, which indicates what they think of the safety of the neighborhood. Very cheap but below the minimum standards that most people would have.

Easy check in clean environment friendly staff no complaints 🙂 I will book again in the future
