The bare minimum: the bed was clean and they actually do have an airport shuttle. Disappointments: wifi was impossible to connect to. We either were told the wrong times for breakfast, or they do not actually have one. Floors looked a little gross and stained and the rooms were a bit humid (even with AC on).

Booked a room last minute due to a delayed flight. Staff was super helpful in arranging a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Room was very clean, appeared to be recently renovated. Slept like a baby. Very nice for a budget hotel. I would definitely book there again if I needed a place to stay near the Houston airport.

The property was dirty the rooms were dirty the tub was dirty and they had roaches outside and inside the room. The pictures posted on here look nothing like how the room looks so I was deceived and chose it because of how it looks on the website. The only good thing about this place was the convenience to the airport and the shuttle. Glad I only stayed for a night. Never again.

I was given a voucher to stay at this motel by my airline. I had to change rooms 2 times because the first room had a flying stinkbug and second room had a small roach by the microwave/fridge counter. Manager/Owner became upset at me when I requested a different room, insinuating I was making this stuff up, repeatedly said I was "the only person" having these issues. Every room has the AC turned off, so the rooms are initially hot on entry, so it makes sense why these bugs/pests would like to stay in warm/moist environments......Owner told me this may not be the "right place" for me and told me to walk out....customer service was non existent. In addition, the sheets in the first room had stains, including bleach stains on the pillows. Second room had some odd stains on the curtains. I would never recommend anyone stay here. It is horrific that airlines offer these kinds of places to travelers who have no idea, just needing a place to stay due to a delayed/missed flight. I am very sure that they do not put airline employees/pilots/flight attendants at a place like this.

Good enough
It was fine, had everything I needed, reception was helpful and kind. I got a non smoking room which smelled like smoke, I went down and he promptly switched me to another. I appreciated the but when I'm only there for a quick layover, I just wanted to sleep
