A very cosy hotel, pretty elegant and modernised. Great views and place is very convenient to nearby areas. Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. Restaurant breakfast was very delicious. My favorite was the Mongolian Milk tea. I will come back next time.

The room facilities are complete. The lady surnamed Lu at the front desk is very nice. She also upgraded us to an executive room, which is a good feeling. I will stay here again next time.

I found it on Ctrip and it's ranked among the top ones. It's really reliable! The customer service is considerate, friendly and natural. Check-in, get more water for tea, delay until 2 o'clock and other requests are all responded quickly. I called for water and slippers and they were delivered within 3 minutes twice. There are also souvenirs that are a little surprise! The subtleties and details show the professionalism of the hotel. I came to Hailar and drove to Genhe and came back to stay at this hotel. I was not satisfied with the previous meal at the Garden Hotel. The breakfast is also good.

This hotel is located in the area, and I will stay there again. The room is decorated in a grand style and is clean and hygienic. It is quite good. However, there is only one charging socket in the large room, which is very inconvenient. Fortunately, I brought a large socket with multiple holes to solve this problem. Needs improvement.
