The room was clean, comfortable, unique design, close to the city center, and the coffee tasted good

We stayed one night in this Hotel and we are happy that we did not booked more than that. To mention the positive part of our stay: the guys at the reception have been nice and tried to be helpful where they could. The breakfast was good. Regarding the negative points: First of all the smell, our whole room was covered in an artificial smell by a air refresher. After we removed it from our room the real smell of the room appeared and it was a disgusting sweet smell. It was so strong that both of us could not sleep much so that we got up at 5:30am to have a walk outside to get some fresh air. The second point was the cleanness of the room: in the shower we found towels from the persons who spent the night before us there. In the room we killed around 5 to 7 toilet flies and the floor was partly dirty. The windows are covered and can’t be open completely. The „view“ was special in a negative way. The price per value in this hotel is from our point of view not given at all. To summarize our stay: we didn’t enjoyed the stay and we would not recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

There were hairs on the sheets and the waiter changed them in time. The room was very cold. The main thing was that the room was very noisy. I don’t know where the loud noise came from. I said it was the bell next door. It kept buzzing and then went silent for a while in the early morning. It started again at six o’clock.

There is noise in the room. There is always a sound that seriously disturbs the rest. There is milk tea ordered by others on the windowsill! It was not cleaned up. Someone else ordered it on 12.2. I was resting in the morning. The waiter knocked on the door twice. The person was not awake yet, so he opened the door.

The double room is much smaller than the twin room. Opposite the window is a residential building very close to each other. It is in the city center and surrounded by many restaurants. However, the hotel does not have a parking lot. The few parking spaces at the door are basically not enough. The response from the front desk is rather mechanical. There is no convenient guidance. The hotel is very new, the style is retro elements, and the design is very good. There are many smart configurations, but the air in the room has a heavy smell of decoration paint, so it is not suitable for those who are sensitive to air.

The yukata in the room is dirty in more than one place (pictures are attached). Although I know that hotels generally can only clean the surface, these stolen items are not even clean on the surface.
