房間乾淨整潔。酒店門口有收費停車場，1天15元。到達時停車位已滿，衹好到離酒店更遠的停車場停車。不方便。

總體來説一般，因為是安排在最後一間房，庫房就在隔壁，一進去廁所一股味道很嗆鼻👃🏻，地板都是黃黃的，馬桶🚽也是堵住的，馬路就在旁邊，早上還沒6點樓下就有割草機在割草了，太吵了。不過前台接待態度很好，出門就是西湖公園

挺不錯的，環境衞生都挺好的，距離西湖很緊，收拾的也很整齊，前台服務人員態度也挺可以的，可以推薦給去西湖的朋友

前台服務很好，主動積極，有問必答，有求必應。房間還算乾淨，就是牀頭櫃有積灰需要擦擦。湖景房景觀無敵，正對西湖，不過門窗隔音都不好，會吵。門口公交車站方便。
