I am extremely disappointed with the stay. We had to wait 2 hours in the cold at 8pm before we were let into the hotel as the code was not sent to us. We had no hot water for 2 days despite being told it would be off for a few hours. When we arrived the carpet had black stains, the drying rack was broken, the vacuum was broken and the cutlery was dirty. We did not have a problem with this due to a cheaper price, however, the fact we were charged for the state of the room before we arrived is diabolical. Despite it being dirty upon arrival, we were charged 100 euros for leaving our room in an “awful state” even though it was cleaner than when we arrived as we got up 3 hours before leaving to make sure the room was left cleaner. we were charged for not vacuuming the floor although the vacuum did not work. We were charged for the toilet being dirty, however the paint in the toilet was faded when we arrived. The bathroom showers did not have a mat, making the floor extremely slippery and dangerous causing one member of our group to slip and hit their head. I have never been spoken by hotel staff this poorly, and had a hotel stay so disappointing. I tried to explain the situation to one member in particular and I was shouted at and not given the chance to speak. We decided to stay at this hotel as the price was reasonable, however after experiencing it i am extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. We are a young group of adults and the hotel staff took advantage of us for this. Please do not stay here.

The hotel was perfectly placed in the town for bars and restaurants. The apartment was fine for two adults and was well equipped. View from the balcony was great looking out over the mountains , the staff were very helpful. Will be coming back again.
