I stayed at Eden Hotel Hue in March 2025 with a group of 5 people, booking 2 rooms. The location is good, and the breakfast meets basic standards, but overall, the service was average and didn’t justify the price. For the same cost, you could easily find a homestay with similar quality. While not a bad choice for a short stay, it’s not a standout compared to other options in Hue

Khách sạn hoàn toàn mới tại Huế, phong cách hiện đại - tinh tế, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí khá thuận lợi n*** khu phố đi bộ - phố tây, di chuyển ra sông Hương và Cầu Trường Tiền cũng rất gần. Nhân viên và dịch rất thân thiện, chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt. Mình sẽ quay lại lần sau cho chuyến đi Huế.

Very well renovated hotel!! Very good bedding, after 13 hours on the bus we were kindly taken care of and offered a room to rest and shower!! The little extra is that a member of staff speaks French. The hotel is very well located

Terrible and cheating on Agoda. I booked on Agoda with street view but they gave me the room in the corner (no street view). The office rate in the hotel is the same discounted rate on agoda or booking. Agoda and Booking price after 55% discount are the same as official rate at the hotel.

This is my second time at this hotel - October 2022 and November 2023 - and both times Hue flooded but this time with a substantial amount of water and mud coming into the hotels first floor. The family who ran the hotel worked tirelessly throughout the night and early hours of the morning to make sure the lobby and its contents would be clear and ready for the arrival of guests the next day. They were exhausted but still managed to be on the sidewalk greeting our bus with a smile and a wave as it arrived. The hotel is pretty basic and the bar and restaurant have been closed since covid. But it’s clean, well located, has comfy beds and is extraordinarily inexpensive. I’d come here again and again because I love the family that runs it.
