The hotel is in a fairly good location. And that's its only advantage. When you enter the hotel from the entrance you can already smell the mustiness and dampness. The rooms also stink. The bathroom is awful. The shower doesn't work, the old, non-adjustable shower head. The water is either cold or boiling. There is no way to adjust it. Shower gel and shampoo for two people are practically non-existent.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff at ksan is very bad, not enthusiastic, does not introduce ksan services, at night I asked for nothing (including instant noodles, cakes, sweet drinks). There's no way the guests need or want anything, it's really like a motel, not a hotel. The swimming pool is deserted, there are no staff, and there is no guarantee of SAFETY when using the pool. Staying for 3 days and 2 nights, I didn't know where the ksan bar_restaurant was located, so much so that I had to order food on the app and buy instant noodles to take to my room to eat or go out to eat. I have stayed in many accommodations of 2⭐ or higher and found this place to be the worst. The staff was indifferent, did they think they were robots or something? When it was time to check out, instead of the bell or the receptionist calling to remind them, the security guard instead came to remind them, (I thought I had broken it or done something to that effect). . If I go back to work, I probably won't come back and won't recommend this place to my friends. GOOD BYE NO SEE (I have never had to come here to rate a Ksan facility to this extent)

Pretty over priced if I’m honest, the cleanlines standards were not great for a hotel. Mould in the curtains and in the bathroom. Bed was quite uncomfortable at times. WiFi didn’t work in my room or at the pool. However was a spacious room, great location and nice pool with great views. Not bad but I’m sure there would be better options out there around the same price

Our original hotel turned out to no longer be in business so we stayed here last minute. The room we were given had mould on the ceiling and felt very damp, as air con did not work (probably hadn’t for a while considering how damp the room felt). When the man at reception fixed it for us (it just needed the remote reconfigured to the AC unit), it sounded like a beat up old car choking on its own fumes. I decided to clean the filters which were PACKED with dust. Clearly had not been serviced in a very long time. This made all the difference and the AC worked perfectly afterwards. The shower pressure is great, but make sure the shower head is facing the wall when turning it on otherwise the water will go everywhere. The holder is very flimsy. Did not replace our soap the whole time so just used one tiny bar for 3 days. I tried using the hair dryer but it started smoking when I turned it on, a bit of a worry and a fire hazard. The pool is nice, although when going at night there were never any lights on, and most of them don’t work when turned on at the switch (if you can even find the switch). Overall, a very average stay for the price, definitely needs some maintenance.
